How to Get There
The hotel is fantastic. It is so centrally locates. Staff is very friendly, kind and efficient. We had a corner room on the 10th floor. Fantastic view of the city. Would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Boston.
The location is great, and as usual in the Westin the Gym is good.
Very basic tool, a bit cold in design but it does the job.

Parts of town. Few steps away from Newbury street and all the attractions and walking distance.
I never come on here to write reviews but after the ridiculous stay and post-stay situations I've had to deal with, I felt compelled to issue a rebuttal to all the glowing reviews on here.
The hotel shows no appreciation for elite members of its program. The room lacks basic amenities. The pillows are awful and it's dark. What makes all these issues worse is the lack of proper service provided by the hotel staff. No one cares. They just hand you from one person to another.
For all my troubles, I was told I would get 25,000 points in my account. Surprise, surprise, I never got it.
And following up with the hotel has been even more appalling than staying there. Where are my gifted points for all my troubles? I'm still waiting for it. Doesn't seem to be that much of a gift if I have to jump through hoops and go through more hurdles to get them.
What an AWFUL hotel with AWFUL staff. What a WASTE of a prime location, with the hotel being so Central and close to so much. Just what a disappointing waste!
