A+ Amazing sheets and bed

Great Seaport location, also near Logan Airport and downtown. Friendly staff, quite amazing bed - sheets and comfort. Very, very clean and quiet. Good coffee and bottled water in the room.

Large hotel with a Starbucks, a few bars/restaurants.

Costs vary based on conventions next door. Stay when it's empty!

Nice but few food options

I recently attended a conference at the Westin Waterfront. The facility itself is very nice. Clean room, comfortable bed, good service, My glasses broke Day 1 of the convention, Concierge Debra and CSR Mehdi worked for 30 minutes to repair them—I would have been lost without my glasses, so many thanks and kudos to them. The restaurant food was tasty, but be warned: it's expensive—$30 for a salad with salmon; brunch, $30!— and there are no healthy quick food options within one mile of the hotel. Luckily the rooms have refrigerators. Enjoy your stay but be prepared to spend $$$ for food,

Andrea is always there for us

Have been staying at this property for a few years, but what always speaks to me is that Andrea remembers and welcomes. We come here for a very long work run and she makes us feel at home. If only all properties were like this. We would all travel more.

Thank you for a pleasant stay!

PERFECT location if you're doing anything at the convention center.
This is a busy and large hotel with a lot on site. It was clean. Customer service was wonderful; it was a well-oiled machine. The city-view rooms had great views, too! The pool area, while nice, lacked something. The pool and hot tub felt cheap and ill-maintained, though the room itself was nice. REALLY wish that hot tub was working, especially when it's so cold out.

I'd stay again, but use the gym to work out and not the pool.

Good hotel, great location

Typical Westin experience. Room was very clean, and bed comfortable. Furnishings were a bit spartan. Common areas were immaculate, and visually very appealing. Staff was excellent. I can't comment on the restaurants, as I did not use them, but they appeared to be nice.
