It is located near the convention center.
Check in was smooth and a lady at the check in counter was very professional and polite.
I liked their shower heads. They have two, one is fixed and the other is hand-held.
The hotel is clean.
The only thing I didn’t like was a room service person came into the room out of blue when I was changing my pants. But I guess that must be a isolated occurrence.

Facilities – rooms clean and maintained, but not Modern or outdated.
Room – in-room amenities toiletries kit, towels, water bottles, coffee/tea maker. Additionally- mini bar is available.
Check out – Check out was easy and fast, Hassle free

Truly awful and overpriced

Have visited Boston on many occasions and have never come across a more overpriced and average hotel. I was booked in on a special corporate rate for a conference and had to pay the first night myself which they charged me at $365 when I pointed out that the room was on their own web site for $280 they said it was hard luck as they didn’t set rates - makes you wonder how much they rip off the company that we’re holding their event there.
Even though I paid such a rip off price I had to wait until almost 5pm to get a room and when I did it stank horribly - phoned reception and complained but they didn’t really give a damm
Avoid at all costs I know I will

Westin To See

I have stayed in many Westin properties around the country and Canada. However, this one stands few inches above all. I don't mean just size. The hotel is super clean, with nice size events space. The Lobby is my favorite place. The smell of white tea scent is delicious. I can sit on the comfortable lounges for hours while enjoying a drinks from the two bars.

Very busy hotel with some construction work going on outside
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

This hotel is next to the conference center and really it seems to be designed for conferences , passengers from the airport and flight crews. It was very busy even though there was no conference on when I was there ( took me 20 mins to check in ).
Rooms are nice , plenty of lifts so no waiting . Eating options outside your room were limited to the lobby bar , lobby cocktail lounge or the Irish bar .All seem to be serving a similar menu. There was a Starbucks but that closed about 6pm along with the hotel shop that had snacks.
It’s about 10 minutes walk to the local restaurants and bars. There was lots of construction out front of the hotel and alongside so lots of noise early on. I overlooked the conference center so my room was quiet.
