not what it once was

a fantastic hotel at one time fails in modern times.. a great location as is in the heart of boston and easy to get where ever you need but the service of some of the staff is not very welcoming and rude.the restaurant is extremely overpriced and closes early. parking will run you $51 a day so an unexpected extra charge but you don't have a choice the room is clean and pleasant and a big spacious bathroom but the views are either central air units or all the tops of tents from the farmers markets below which are there everyday

Boston 4 day trip

Great location but a few issues during the stay regarding housekeeping and the very loud, all night construction outside of the hotel (that we were not warned about). We were provided with a dessert and fruit plate as a birthday gesture but this was removed from the room after about 12 hours before we could try it.

The best

Staff was great. Alex at the front desk was the best. But no pool or jacuzzi. Room service was over the top. Clean, modern place to stay. Right in the middle of the of all the action in bean town!!!!!

Good choice

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The door and reception staff were always courteous and welcoming - ready to help if needed. The room was spacious, had all the amenities you’d need and was quiet - even though it faced the side of the hotel towards the market. The gentle whir of the air con masked any outside noise! One of the most impressive features has to be the excellent central location - about half way along the Freedom Trail. Would stay again.

Great dinner, friendly staff

We had such a delicious family dinner at Bostonia. Our waiter, Cody, was so friendly and helpful. We sat outside, which was perfect with our less than quiet toddler. Highlights - cocktails, (Cody) and the doughnuts
