How to Get There
Detailed hotel service is the finest
Event service is completely void of interest in service to humans.
Banquet manager needs further training in customer service
Front office manager is equally unqualified offering no assistance to guests needs.
These hospitality Leaders showed no training or interest in customer care.
This 4 star hotel void in leader training makes it a scary place to have an event.
I requested a feather-free room and that was no problem. The mirror made me look tall and slim, a plus for sending me off to an interview with confidence. There was also an umbrella in my room, which made it easier to face some stormy spring weather. The room (on the 19th floor) was quiet, the shower had good water pressure. The wake-up call was on-time. A quick hop to the Boylston MBTA stop was also convenient for me, as I have lived in the Boston area before and am familiar with the T. I would recommend it and hope to stay here again.
Very cool modern hotel the celebrates Paul Revere with an eclectic modern flair.
Great rooms, spacious. Nice choice of shower amenities.
Did not use the pool, however it looks like a nice roof top deck and pool.
What I like best about this hotel is the location. On public transportation (which is free coming from Logan Airport) its about a 40min trip to the hotel. From this hotel you can walk to the theatre which features broadway touring shows and ARTS Emerson which has great performance from all over the US and the World. You can walk to Boston Common, Boston Public Gardens and the historic areas nearby. Newbury Street is a fantastic shopping area with the gorgeous Boston Public Library which is must visit.
The hotel itself is nice...spacious rooms...comfy beds...great service.
I could have not picked a more accommodating, clean, and comfortable hotel for my first time in Boston. Staff was awesome, everyone well trained and hospitable. Hotel decor was great too! Thank you Revere.
