How to Get There
We live not too far from Boston but love coming into town and spending a night or two at my very favorite hotel in town!! It had been quite some time since we had done this and due to illness we canceled plans to the West Coast and booked here instead! I was so excited when my husband told me he upgraded to a suite! We stayed in Room 721 and it was just amazing, I really loved it! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, I felt right at home. The staff is always very service oriented, friendly and helpful and this has not changed. The room was just amazing and was above and beyond my expectations. We did not eat in the restaurant but we did have drinks at the bar and the service there was exceptional. We ordered room service one day, we ordered breakfast which was delivered promptly within 25 minutes and was served at appropriate temperature. The food was great, staff was friendly and helpful. We did not visit the spa at this visit but I have in the past and it is one of my favorite spas in the world. I was disappointed I didn't have the time to visit the spa and highly recommend their spa if you have the chance, it really is great! I just love this property and always look forward to coming back! I recommend staying here and cannot wait to come back myself!
As a frequent guest of the Mandarin, I always their consistency in delivering a top notch guest experience. The staff remembers you from previous stays. They are most accommodating.
I cannot wait to return,.
Upon arrival, we came to our room, which was both spacious and elegantly furnished. After that, our requests for various items were very quickly solved, as was our hunger by the restaurant on the ground floor, in bar boulud, which was very very good.
In the hotel itself, there was also a wonderful Spa, which had a jacuzzi and a steam room, which is perfect at setting the body to rest.
On top of all this, the concierge was incredibly helpful, helping us book all our itinerary.
The mandarin in Boston is really a place not to miss
My husband and I just had the best stay at this amazing hotel, & I was so impressed! After Sunday nights Super bowl win, we decided to head into the city for the celebratory parade, & on a whim, we decided to make a short trip out of it. We found the Mandarin, right in the heart of the festivities & I can’t believe how well it worked out. I worked with Erika to book the room, & she made sure to get us the perfect room overlooking the parade. Once we arrived the staff just kept topping themselves. Jackie made sure we were greeted in our room with a lovely welcome amenity basket to celebrate Chinese New Year, & the concierge Corey helped with parade information & had a wealth of knowledge that made our stay unforgettable. When you add that with how lovely the room was, it became a Super Bowl miracle
My wife and I decided to try a staycation as an early valentine’s celebration and we were not disappointed. The location is perfect for what we were looking to do in the heart of the city shopping. For a quick weekend “getaway”, everything was perfect from the moment we checked in. The customer service was hands down the best we had ever encountered, and they were eager to help us in any way possible. We felt warmly welcomed and it truly made the weekend more enjoyable feeling like we were on another honeymoon. Many thanks to Jennifer at concierge for being so nice and welcoming and for her excellent restaurant recommendations, we had no idea what we have been missing out on in the Boston area for so long! We will undoubtedly be staying here again.
