Great hotel for business or family visit.

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel for business meetings in and around the hotel. The meeting rooms and services are well suited to conference or small meeting groups and the location is perfect. We have returned more than once with family and friends for holidays, Boston sporting events at Fenway or the Garden, and holiday shopping at Prudential or Newberry Stret. The facility is beautiful, everyone we have encountered is friendly and attentive to help make our stay perfect and personalized. The spa is world class and deserves the recognition and awards it receives. We are big fans!

Currently staying in a Back Bay room. Perfect size and well appointed, with comfy bed, desk with all the stationary you would need, comfy sofa and excellent size bathroom. Housekeeping have been great. Also used in room dining and the food was brilliant. Eaten in Bar Boulud for breakfast and the lobby lounge for supper. Again great service and food. All the staff have been amazing , attentive and very kind.

A world class Spa experience

My wife and I decided to celebrate our anniversary recently by booking a couples spa experience at the Mandarin Oriental Boston. I set the bar high on my spa expectations, having been fortunate over the years to have visited some of the great hotel spas around the world (Peninsula Hong Kong, MO in Bangkok, Le Sirenuse in Positano). I would put this spa in that league. The spa desk staff welcomed us professionally with sincerity and grace that mirrored the calm and relaxing ambiance of the facility. Our treatment room was very nicely appointed and the wellness facilities (plunge pool, steam room, relaxation room) modern and effective. Our therapists Melinda and Pheerada made us feel very comfortable and talked through various treatment options and suggestions. They took our requests and needs into careful and full consideration and translated them into personalized therapies that were relaxing yet invigorating. Most importantly they exceeded our expectations. The entire visit was seamless and a real pleasure. We left feeling great! In comparison with other spas I have been to in Boston, the Spa at the Mandarin Oriental is without doubt the BEST.

Perfect in every way

Mandarin Oriental in Boston is ideal. The perfect location in Back Bay to explore all Boston has to offer. What sets this hotel apart from other 5 star hotels in the city is the friendly staff and no attitude. Everyone is helpful, friendly and genuinely make you feel welcome. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.
Rooms are gorgeous , large and the beds are so comfy.
Such a joy to stay here.
