How to Get There
The front desk staff is superior. Sandra L. checked me in with a smile. When I declined the room key envelope, she even shared tips on composting. Steve Brahim went out of his way to retrieve a package for me, and found me in the restaurant to let me know it was ready for me. The Japanese restaurant was friendly and fun. Great food and great service. Loved this place!
The location of this hotel is phenomenal. Located in downtown Cambridge it is very close to many attractions. Firstly it is located a 5-minute drive from Harvard University and Harvard Square, on the Red Line Station into the City of Boston. The room was amazing. Very clean and the beds were very nice. The view of the room was amazing, overlooking the Charles River you could really see the natural beauty that comes with being in Cambridge, MA. It is a very nice hotel and I would definitely return.
I tend to spend 1-2 weeks here every month for business and I’m always warmly welcomed by the staff. Special mention goes to Brahim from the front desk who will go over and above if you need anything. Rooms are comfortable, good size, with a small coffee station to get you going in the morning. Location is good since you can easily walk to Boston or to the buzzing Mass Av in Cambridge. Good value for money.
We were in Cambridge to watch some sporting events at Harvard. Room was clean, beds were great (slept like a log). If management is reading this, what prompted me to leave a review was the friendliness of your staff. From checkin, to having a few questions etc, the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Thanks for making our stay a good one.
Had a return trip this week to Boston and stayed at Courtyard Boston Cambridge again. The hotel and the service I received was again excellent!! Besides the great location and the quality rooms, what really stood out was the outstanding service of Sandra Padilla at the front desk. She could possibly be the best front desk person I have ever worked with in the past 15 years. She is a keeper and deserves a raise for going above and beyond to make sure all visitors are taken care of.
