How to Get There
Recently stayed here for a night, affordable and easy access. Including shopping stores in the area Enjoyed my stay. Clean and friendly staff! Brahim worked with me to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend this hotel
Stayed here for 4 nights last week. The front desk staff were quite helpful in resolving a discrepancy with our reservation and allowed us to check in just after 10am.
Our room on the 6th floor was quiet and very clean, although the view was of the nearby parking lot. Complimentary coffee in the main lobby was very good and a buffet breakfast is available for $20 pp.
A Starbucks and Trader Joes are next door which we appreciated and Central Station is a short walk away if you prefer mass transit over taxis/Uber to get into Boston. We walked back from Fenway after the Billy Joel concert which took 1 hr so if you plan to spend your time in downtown Boston, the hotel is a little “out of the way”.
Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay.
I have been staying at this hotel for the better part of the last 10+ years, as I travel to the Boston area 2 weeks every month for work. The entire staff at the Courtyard Boston-Cambridge treat me like members of their own families. From the front desk staff (Sandra, Joel, Brahim, and the rest), to the restaurant employees (Jose, Ricardo, Rosa, and Maria), to a tee everyone is friendly, courteous, and professional. I am consistently greeted by upper management as well, and even receive a nice little holiday treat each year sent to my home. I'm here at least 50-60 mights per year, so it's important to me to know I'm taken care of when away from home. When my kids (now all in their 20's) come to the Boston area for vacation trips, I always put them up at this hotel, and the staff now know them and treat them as they do me. A class act all around.
Stayed here for 6 nights. Got a room at 11th floor facing west. Got to enjoy the view of the sunset on Charles river everyday. Kind of sad when the stay came to end! The bed is comfortable and the stuffs are friendly and helpful too. A little bit noisy but I guess that's what you get when there's a window on a whole side of the wall.
Be prepare to pay $42 per day for parking if you got a car.
Outstanding customer service! Robbie and Steve were amazing and demonstrated such professionalism and a genuine concern for my comfort and satisfaction. The physical features of the hotel were impeccable especially for the rate. Excellent experience!
