Charming property needs to up their game
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

My room was very remote to the property and WiFi was spotty. Because it is such a charming property I don't mind- even expect a very small fitness room. But 2 of two pieces of equipment but working and not even a small set of dumbbells is really disappointing. Their solution-free access to a fitness center a mile away - is a nice effort but a huge inconvenience. Spending a $1000 on a small rack of weights and making sure your elliptical is working would have been a perfect solution for me but in line with the charm of AI.

Quaint and Comfy

A great place to stay if you are visiting the university. The staff are helpful, service in the restaurant is painfully slow. Quaint but well kept. Rooms are clean but small. Free Wiifi. I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel, convenient location, small room
Reviewed 4 months ago

We stayed 1 night at the Andover Inn while visiting friends and I'm glad we only stayed one night in the room. It was a lovely hotel, right on Andover campus. King room was clean, bed was very comfortable, and bathroom was modern - main issue was that the room was incredibly small! I was shocked given the price. There was also a significant draft coming through the window so we had to have the shades down for warmth.
Would recommend ensuring you have ample space if you're staying for more than a night or 2.

quiet and clean

stayed here a few months ago and was very pleased. The Inn is old but maintained well. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I enjoyed a nice dinner in their restaurant. The staff were very friendly and very accomodating.

Birthday get away
Reviewed 7 months ago

We stayed for two nights as part of a big round number birthday celebration. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the room on the third floor had a bucolic view through the dormer windows. Nice to be able to walk the campus and visit the art museum just out the front door.
