Bad experience. Find another hotel!
Reviewed 3 days ago

We booked a club room for four nights assuming there would be the promised breakfast, snacks, beverages all four days since the staff didn’t tell us otherwise. Thursday great. Friday breakfast, then dwindling snacks (potato chips?) and beverages. Saturday nothing. Sunday nothing. We had to ask desk about breakfast Saturday and Sunday to get voucher. Had to beg for early coffee on Saturday and Sunday from buffet downstairs. Also heard music all night Saturday and learned Sunday morning it was from the club lounge. The room carpet was very stained. The air conditioner noisy. The staff decidedly unhelpful. Overall, not a great travel experience and since club room not as promised, certainly not worth the extra money.

Serene and Business friendly

Very good for family and business trips. All in one hotel with full compliments of business and leisure, with well equipped fitness center and indoor swimming pool. The Club floor offers Happy Hour food and beverage between 6pm and 8pm.

A nice hotel, but not much nearby.

I like to walk the local area when I travel, and try local food. This hotel is nicely redone and very comfortable, but there is nothing walkable, as it is surrounded by new housing. Lots of options with a short drive, however.

Just terrible

Coffee machine did not function. The shower is unusable. There is no ability to move the temperature below scalding hot. When I made the front desk aware, I was told that there was nothing they can do and that they hear this a lot. I was also told that no credit would be offered since I booked via Priceline. Terrible hotel.

Great Weekend in DC to Catch Up with old Friend
Reviewed 3 months ago

I spent the weekend in Rockville/DC to see an old friend. I stayed at the Sheraton Rockville since my friend lived in Rockville versus staying in Down DC. Boy was it a great decision. The hotel was just a few miles from my friends house and allowed us to drive into DC together and catch up on our lives. But the stay at the hotel was just great from when I checked in late on Thursday evening to when I left first thing Sunday morning. Everyone really made me feel special. I was greeted by everyone as I was on the premises. The hotel staff seemed happy to be at work and it showed when they smiled every time I would see them. I don't travel that much so when I had so much positive interaction with the staff it felt like I was at home and I truly appreciate that from them.

I also had a chance to speak with the General Manager at the property and I expressed to him how I was greeted by all of his staff. I could tell he was genuinely happy to hear that. If you have sa chance to spend time at the hotel I am sure you will not be disappointed.
