Not Sheraton quality, but they make the best of what they have
Reviewed 6 days ago

This is the little engine that could. They clearly try and make the best of what they have to work with. Let's be honest, the entire Rockville area is horrible on many fronts, but at least this hotel makes me forget I'm in Rockville! I get that there are many things that could be better by Sheraton standards, but this hotel is a perfect example of how you take what you have and you make it as perfect as you can. As such, I will not call this hotel out for what could be different or better. It's a good hotel in a good location (again, as far as Rockville goes), and it comes with a staff very dedicated to making your experience as perfect as possible. It's not always about being the best - sometimes, it's about being the best you can be. And on that front, this hotel has it.

Glass pack mufflers

Didn’t realize I would be next to a glass pack funny car raceway. The noise is endless and has been non-stop for hours. Please pass this one by. Hotel is old and poorly maintained. Elevator looked like it hosted a gang war. Food in room service was a raw hamburger that was ordered medium well.

Good Hotel and Great Staff

I have Stayed in this Property on 1/26. Great Hotel and Staff are very Friendly and go extra step to help you any which way they can. All the Staff from GM to Front desk, and folks at Restaurant are very courteous. Food in the Lounge on 5th Floor and in Restaurant is very good. I recommend this Hotel for Business and Leisure guests.

Not like other Sheratons
Reviewed 1 month ago

I am a longtime Sheraton fan and stay in them up and down the East coast. I put my little room service tag on the door at night, my breakfast arrives right after I wake up. Here, they don’t provide the little door tags, so I can’t pre order breakfast the night before- an awesome, convenient little touch that no doubt inspires sales they wouldn’t get otherwise. I used one that had been folded 10x and shoved into a menu, which means they stopped using them a while ago. I can’t imagine the cost savings outweigh the sales opps.

Also, in the other Sheratons there were refrigerators-here, none, nor are there drawers. It’s a very nice property, but apparently they don’t have enough business to run it like they do the other ones I usually go to.

Quite Nice!!!

Found this hotel while visiting retired folks at the Ingleside Retirement complex, just three blocks away. A business hotel we found it very comfortable and clean. The rooms for the SPG guests included a very large, spacious room with a buffet breakfast included Monday-Friday, with Jose as the room attendant for the buffet who did a wonderful job of assuring the guests had everything they needed for the breakfast and it was a pleasure speaking with him. The front desk was very courteous at all times and helpful, we really liked this hotel!!
