Perfectly Fine
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

One night stay with my daughter - check in was quick and painless and the room was spacious. Odd entry to bathroom with double doors that open at an angle into main bedroom area, but not a significant issue. The bigger issue was the step-in bathtub - it was narrow and without floor grips - but did include a grip bar. I'm not a large individual by any means, but standing in the tub, I could not imagine a large person comfortably standing within in this tub for any period of time - and stepping out of it while dripping wet could be an issue. The area around the hotel is fine, although some place to wat within walking distance would have been welcomed. We did not take advantage of any of the amenities, although I would have worked out in the gym if it had more to offer. Overall, perfectly satisfactory for our purposes.

Meeting Space

My Company had a 2 day Conference in Sheraton Rockville. We had entire Meeting space for the same. Meeting space was Very Quiet, and Comfortable. Above all the Service was Excellent. Staff were very Courteous and Helpful. Both days the Food was bought on right time and it was delicious. We also had Booked Sleeping rooms, and they Nice and comfortable. I would Recommend this Hotel. I thank all the Staff, and also their GM Isaac, who personally had oversee everything.

Bad experience. Find another hotel!

We booked a club room for four nights assuming there would be the promised breakfast, snacks, beverages all four days since the staff didn’t tell us otherwise. Thursday great. Friday breakfast, then dwindling snacks (potato chips?) and beverages. Saturday nothing. Sunday nothing. We had to ask desk about breakfast Saturday and Sunday to get voucher. Had to beg for early coffee on Saturday and Sunday from buffet downstairs. Also heard music all night Saturday and learned Sunday morning it was from the club lounge. The room carpet was very stained. The air conditioner noisy. The staff decidedly unhelpful. Overall, not a great travel experience and since club room not as promised, certainly not worth the extra money.

Serene and Business friendly

Very good for family and business trips. All in one hotel with full compliments of business and leisure, with well equipped fitness center and indoor swimming pool. The Club floor offers Happy Hour food and beverage between 6pm and 8pm.

A nice hotel, but not much nearby.

I like to walk the local area when I travel, and try local food. This hotel is nicely redone and very comfortable, but there is nothing walkable, as it is surrounded by new housing. Lots of options with a short drive, however.
