How to Get There
Always look forward to staying at this resort. Rooms are clean and neat. Staff is friendly. Not far from Philadelphia, DC and Baltimore. Lots to do with kids over the holidays. Don’t miss the Blackwater Wildlife Refuge nearby
Took the family and dog here for a little spring break getaway. Lovely property with gorgeous views in every direction. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and always helpful. Any issues were quickly taken care of. Abundant activities for all ages. And pet friendly! Our dog also had a blast.
We ate at both Waters Edge and Blue Point Provisions and the meals and service were terrific.
Concierge Dawn Reed was extremely helpful as well. Can't wait to come back to Cambridge!
Beautiful facility, beautiful setting, excellent room, faciliites and staff. Excellent convention facilities. So what more could you want?
Well, let's start with a microwave in the room. You can have one, but that's an additional $25 per stay.
Guest parking is a quarter mile away (plus or minus) with no shuttle to the entrance.
Valet parking (non-Hyatt) is available for $22 per night.
Luggage carts are only available to the staff; not to the guests.
On-site restaurants are good, but very pricey. Some excellent restaurants/diners in Cambridge, but nothing within walking distance.
Bottom line: Seems like every time you turn around, there is another charge of one sort or another. It's not a deal-breaker, but it can be annoying.
Very quiet and comfortable. For business and privat purpose very recommended! Good service and a few activities you can do.The food and beverages are always good and the people can give you a lot of advices for special food diet.
This trip was not as it has been in the past. Food service was very slow and an order was missed. A request for water from the concierge was forgotten and we were charged the full resort fee when several amenities were not available.
