Convenient for a business stay
Reviewed 1 day ago

The hotel is in a very convenient location right across from the harbor with an overpass walkway which is great. There were 3 valet guys at the podium talking to each other and laughing when I pulled up to valet park, and not one of them stopped to come and park my car. After a while I ended up just self-parking. It took a long wait time to check in even though I was the first person up next. After checking in I went to the room and was shocked by the weird set up. The room was on a diagonal slant and it had a 60 or 70 inch tv right in front of the bed (see picture). The tv was so large for that space it was unwatchable due to the brightness. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, had enough towels, and the shower was great. I ate at the restaurant on the 3rd floor every night - the food was absolutely delicious and the service was great! I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for a vacation but it is good enough for a business stay.

Hyatt member for many years due to illnesses can't travel like we use to was in Baltimore for 4 nights beginning October 11 on points always stayed at the Hyatt in Baltimore been there at least 15 times and 10 years staff is always friendly and professional however very disappointed with the mattresses in the room and very very dissatisfied what they call room service delivering your food in a container in a bag with plastic Essentials and paper napkins is not room service for this reason I will never go back to the Hyatt, too many four and five star hotels in the area parking for $42 a night 4 member or any guest staying overnight is totally ridiculous I will not recommend this hotel to a family member or anyone else going for the above reasons I'm sorry for this bad review but the Hyatt has gone downhill again not the staff fault but I feel they need to go back to a excellent room service her take off their website that they offer room service which is a joke

This was a girls weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. And she if often hard to please! We had a great stay here. All of the staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful - genuinely wanting to make our stay the best! Would definitely stay at this hotel again! The staff at The Regency Club really contributed to our happiness with this hotel - thanks to Anthony and Ken! The special treatment really sent a long way!

Great spot if you are attending a Trade Show, Conference, Sporting event at both stadiums, or if you come to Baltimore for any festivities in the inner harbour. I walked to Little Italy and grabbed dinner one night and the walk back was more than comfortable. The Inner Harbor area feels safe enough while people are out and about.
