Great Location

We had a really great time staying at this hotel. The room was clean, great service, best location in Annapolis, and cool atmosphere. We brought our dog, and our 8 month old son, and the hotel was very accommodating. Annapolis is very dog friendly, we were welcomed into any store, and all throughout the hotel.

If you are visiting Annapolis there is only one hotel on the water

This place has been here a very very long time with the perfect location to visit and see Annapolis without having to drive. Sometimes it's hectic especially weekends at the waterfront restaurant and bar.

If you have been to the Marriott in Newport RI then the hotel portion will seem familiar. The rooms have been refreshed and maintained well.

Public areas are another story they are dark well worn and in need of a total redo, seriously in need. This is one thing the Marriott in Newport did right and this place could learn.

The service is also in need of help I sat for breakfast and waited 10 minutes for someone to come by my table and then it took me flagging them down. But honestly I recommend you walk up the street to one of the great eating places here as breakfast was not worth it. Take my word for that.

General staff is great, well trained a typical Marriott style

Great Place On The Water In The Heart OF The City

Great place in a perfect location near everything! Well appointed rooms, professionally, well trained staff, and a good restaurant and bar. Beautiful views from our 6th story room. Would have given them 5 stars if they hadn't charged me $26 a day to park my car which I never used in 3 days. Over$ 1,000 for 3 days and then charge me to park my car is offensive to say the least.

Perfect location. Close to everything downtown. Walking distance to shopping and bars and restaurants also to the Naval academy. Right on the water. Friendly staff. Great waterfront restaurant (pussers). Very lively and good food. Great happy hour deals also. Valet parking. Nice rooms.

Nice, clean hotel; a little pricey for what it is

I stayed here with my 2 boys while at a swim meet at the Naval Academy. It is a great location and easy walk to the Academy. We chose this hotel based on location alone because we didn’t want to have to drive and park. The room was very clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. We got a room with 2 doubles; the room would have been more comfortable with 2 queens instead—there was certainly enough space. The hallways a bit on the dark and dreary side. The price at over $400/night for a non-balcony room was definitely outrageous in my opinion but they may have jacked up the price because of the boat show in town, I don’t know. Having stayed in many Marriott brand hotels, I was surprised this was a Category 8.
