How to Get There
I stayed at the Riad Kaiss for five days with a friend of mine. It is a gorgeous place to fall in love with. The service was very good and the staff was also very kind. Moreover the food was delicious. My friend and I loved it to relax and cool down at the pool. Our room was stunning. I loved the moroccan style and all the beautiful details. I can assure you that Riad Kaiss is worth a stay!
My sister and I stayed here for a few days and were blown away by the warm welcome, charming riad and the yummy breakfasts. It was everything I thought a riad In Marrakech would be and I had high expectations.
The staff here couldn’t do enough - it was like being welcomed as family- from escorting us back at night from little restaurants in the Medina, to offering delicious fresh watermelon juices after a long hot day in the souks. All the staff were lovely but a special thanks to Ismail, Michaela, the Hammam lady(sorry forgot her name but highly recommend a hammam here), Mohammad the driver and Liane who had such great tips on sights and restaurants. Day trip to Atlas Mountains was great- and tip to stop at Kasbah Tamadot on the way for a drink.
This riad is exactly what we wanted - location was great, small pool was nice, ambience and decor was so authentic and charming, and staff were great. Highly recommended.
Stayed at Riad Kaiss for few days in June/July 2018. First trip to Marrakech, Decided to stay within the old town / Medina. Did not know what to expect. Marrakech being last leg of our vacation (after Lisbon and South Spain), it certainly took us a bit of time to get used to the hustle and bustle of the old town with very narrow alleys and narrow streets and souks etc. The concept of Riad's is also something very new to us and certainly quite different than typical mid-size and large hotels we were used to. The personal touch and friendliness of the management and all the staff of Riad Kaiss and their eagerness to always please the guests was something that definitely stood out and was certainly very refreshing. We travel all over the world and I will have to say, the service we received at Riad Kaiss was outstanding.
Brilliant stay . All was done with care and attention .I will not only recommend the Riad , but for sure will go there again . The food was excellent .The garden is so very well tendered and there is even a family of tortoises living in it . The management generally was of a very high quality and one can easily see that the staff are very well trained .Nothig was an effort for the staff and management . Highly to be recommended .
Left this a bit late...sorry.
What a wonderful experience we had here.
The staff are attentive and dedicated. Nothing was left to chance, total focus on the guest and their experience.
I would agree that you pay a premium for the Riad but the experience and memories I have taken away were worth it.
This was my 3rd visit to Marrakech and my 4th riad, this was defiantly the best so far.
We stayed for 2 nights before heading off to the atlas for 3 nights and then back to kiass for 2 final nights....i hadn't realised how much the place had got under my skin and how happy I was to return.
Book it, you won't be disappointed
