Charming spa fans, shopaholics, foodies and history buffs alike know that Marrakech is a unique destination that ticks all the right boxes for a dazzling city escape. There’s no better place to take it all in than the old Medina, with steaming street-food stands, fragrant spice markets and bustling souks. It’s in this vibrant, enthralling neighborhood that you’ll find the elegant Riad Infinity Sea.
Behind its elegant arched threshold, you’ll discover cool marble flooring, a hammam, intricate mosaics and beautiful handwoven fabrics. Like much of the surroundings, all of this pays homage to Moroccan traditions. Add some modern touches, such as a heated pool, Wi-Fi, a satellite TV per room and eco-friendly credentials, as well as three restaurants serving succulent slow-cooked, Moroccan dishes, and you have the perfect recipe for a relaxing stay in the heart of this chaotic city – a true oasis.
Rooms and suites
Each of the individually decorated abodes exudes unique charm. For more space, upgrade to a Harmattan or Acqua suite, or an even larger Khamasin, Terra, Aria or Qibli suite.
The hotel’s three eateries – the Infinity Restaurant, the Mirror Room and the Roof Restaurant – are sure to please even the most discerning palate, with the promise of mainly organic produce used to create traditional Moroccan dishes and Italian specialties, along with seafood fresh from the Atlantic. You can even take some of the culinary magic home by signing up for the Moroccan cooking course.
Bliss out at the Riad Infinity Sea spa, with an indulgent massage, a refreshing hammam scrub, a steam bath session or a dip in the 39-ft. heated swimming pool. The riad is also home to a rooftop solarium, complete with sun beds.
Marrakech is a hub of history and culture, not to mention mouthwatering cuisine, and the Riad Infinity Sea is in a fabulous spot in the old Medina. You’ll find the iconic souks and Djemma el Fna, with its orange juice vendors, snake charmers and steaming food stalls, just a 15-minute walk away. Once you’ve quenched your thirst, explore the dazzling retail paradise of the souks – leather, pottery and carpets are some of the best buys. Other highlights include exploring the city’s palaces; you can reach Bahia Palace, El Badi Palace and the Royal Palace on foot within half an hour.
How to Get There
We have spent 5 lovely days at the Riad Infinity Sea last May. There is a lovely cozy atmosphere, rooms are very comfortable and immaculately kept. The staff are extremely helpful.
The roof terrace can be used to relax during the day or for breakfast in the morning.
We had dinner at the riad 3 out of the 5 nights as the food was excellent, traditionally cooked and prepared by a local chef.
The other nights we ate at restaurants recommended by the riad, these were also fantastic choices.
Marco provided us with a local mobile phone so we could contact him at any time if we needed anything.
We will certainly be returning shortly for another relaxing break.
Thank you Marco and your lovely team, See you soon.
A few days on my own in order to reorganize myself
I had a great time, very good food and nourishment for my body and soul. I’m already missing it.
It’s a precious stone into the Medina. All the staff nice attempt and professional
My husband and I visited Marrakech for the first time with my parents back in Jul/Aug 2018.
Riad Infinity Sea is like home from home, just the perfect place while visiting Marrakech.
I agree with many reviewers before me, Marco and his team made us felt most welcomed and at home. Nothing is too small or trivial, and they were always ready and happy to help. As my parents have mobility issues, we couldn't just meander around the Medina too much, so Marco helped us arrange for a car to go sightseeing for the day around Marrakech. Before we left UK, we had already booked a couple of day trips, if we hadn't, we could have booked it through Marco as well, which I believe we would have had a much better experience.
Rooms: My parents stayed at the Junior Suite at the top floor whilst we stayed at a Deluxe Room. They rooms were kept immaculately cleaned and tidied by the housekeeping team. There's complimentary toiletries and hairdryer (very important for us ladies) in the bathroom. Though my parents had to climb the stairs to the top floor when they returned after a day trip, once they're in the room, it is easy to them go for dinner on the roof terrace after a rest and have breakfast there first thing in the morning.
Shopping: Whenever we had queries about where to buy things or how much they should cost (tourists definitely pay a premium compared with locals), Mohammed would happily take us shopping, just to make sure we don't get ripped off.
Food & Beverages: The Riad serves fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice and freshly cooked meals along with a good selection of hot drinks and alcoholic beverages. The menu varies from time to time, but it's always cooked to a high standard with ingredients sourced locally.
All 4 of us agree that if we visit Marrakech again, we would stay here at Riad Infinity Sea, as we were very well looked after by everyone there. Many thanks to Marco and his amazing team.
Amazing service and top class quality
Feels to be home with the best luxury service
A special thanks to Marco and Noury we had an amazing time and hope to be Back soon next year in this paradise thanks
Where do I start?
I am inn love with Marrakesh as a result of Riad Infinity sea. I was part of a group of couples that stayed at the infinity sea for a 40th event.
On arrival, we were greeted warmly by Marco and Noureddine. We were shown to our room. I was located the a superior room with gold and light colored decor.
The bathroom was lovely with large shower area, little touches such as the gold cups added richness to the decor.
The only thing missing from the rooms that I will like Marco to consider is putting safe in the rooms. There is no safe and if you are hand luggage only travelers like us without a padlock, you start worrying about where to put your money.
Throughout the riad you can see how Marco had really thought of the type of decor that is needed for a 5* establishment. From the writing in the walls, the African ornaments to even the fresh flowers that I can see around the place. It is a place or art.
There is an indoor pool which although was heated was still not warm enough for us being from the cold part of UK so we did not partake in.
The place is designed in a way that is deceivingly small from outside but spacious once inside with various areas to sit and relax. We made use of all of them.
It is in Medina so not in the osh establishment of other big chain hotels. However I think this even add to the charm of the place plus you get to experience real Marrakesh.
Breakfast in Marrakeash is pastries which although nice I wasn't a fun off. We had breakfast on the roof top. This is something very welcoming as it attracts a great degree of sun in the morning and what a lovely way to start the morning.
Marco and Noureddine arranged dinner for us on one night and the food was like a feast. Too much. We had couscous, tangine, lamb etc.
What made this place stand out is the owner and staff. Marco and Noureddine went out of their way to make this trip memorable for us. Nothing was too much from organising cars, getting us ingredients to cook etc. Thy even arranged a hamman bath and massage for us,
The staff in the kitchen and the guys assisting with breakfast worked hard to provide an excellent customer service.
You get a phone to take with you so when outside you can cal if any issue. That is a nice touch as going deep into Marrakesh with all the haggling etc can be daunting
I will go back to this anytime. Without question, one of the best stays I have experienced and we have traveled from Caribbean, Asia to Europe.
