A peaceful, quiet oasis
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Had a great stay here booked via Airbnb. It's hard to believe that this clean, peaceful, quiet, beautiful riad is right in the medina. A welcome oasis from the busy, smelly, hot streets of Marrakech. In easy walking distance to all major attractions and many restaurants. Lovely roof terrace for drinks in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Very pleasant

The staff were so attentive and friendly and were always on hand to assist with anything we needed, whether it was some delicious lunch,or just some general help and direction regarding what to do whilst visiting
Zineb is the true definition of a gracious host. The other members were fabulous! I highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for a relaxing and serene spot to stay within the medina
Accommodations were lovely and very well decorated . This Riad is in the perfect location- so close to Jemaa el Fna, the souk and Also has plenty of great recommendations on spots to dine and visit. She will also make all arrangements for you to travel to your next destination or to nearby excursions. I will definitely be going back on my next trip!!
P.S. We want to thank Rachid for his help, tips and recommendations. And serving breakfast every day :)

Very good stay in Dar Grawa

We are from Brazil and me and my husband were a Marrakech for october 9-14. We got a room dowstairs at Dar Grawa, first we thought that had a lot of noise but we were surprised by the quiet, clean and confortable room. The breakfast is good, the staff is kind and ready to do anything for you. I really recomend. Really good cost-benefit. Thanks for everything. Mariana e Cléber

Entirely excellent

After having taken the airport transfer, we arrived relatively late in the evening at the riad. We were welcomed amicably by Rashid, who gave us typical Morrocan sweet tea. He also explained the road to the tourist attractions and told us where to find some good restaurants.

Every morning, we were welcomed with a smile at the rooftop terrace to have breakfast. There was enough variation, but it was always very sweet. We're pretty confident that's just how Morocco is however, so we didn't really mind.

Halfway through our stay, we booked an excursion through the hotel. We visited Ouarzazate and the nearby film set village of Ait Ben Haddoun. Our guide was pretty bad, but that was hardly something the Riad could do anything about. We've also heard from other travelers that these excursions are usually better organised.

I also had my birthday during our stay here. Unbeknownst to me, my girlfriend had told the management. On my birthday, we came back to the room to find it covered in rose petals. A very nice surprise to be sure. We were very happy at this point. A little bit later, we heard a knock on the door. When we opened it, Rashid and Zeineb were standing there with a cake with candles. This blew our minds. Neither of us expected this amount of effort. Nothing is too much for these people to please their customers. I will always fondly look back on my stay in Morocco, predominantly due to how we were treated in such a warm, welcoming way.
