How to Get There
On arrival greeted by a loud angry mob of protestors outside, who are there to stay. Management no where to be seen. Amenities "under refurbishment" and totally unprofessional staff. AVOID AT ALL COST
I love the bab hotel. I already have seen many hotels in Marrakech, but this is my favorite one. It‘s not perfect but it has many positiv points, and the few negativ, are not impacting much.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Complimentary cocktail upon arrival. They had upgraded our room to a huge suite which was beautiful and clean.
The staff were all so helpful. From allowing us to use the hotel phone when WiFi was temporarily down to recommending places for a hammam and booking it for us.
Adil was extremely attentive and ensured we had everything we needed at all times and made our stay that much more special for recommending such great places but staff overall were incredible and so kind!

We arrived late in the evening as the first hotel in our itinerary on cultural tour of Morocco. There were 32 people on the coach each with one suitcase. 2 lifts only one of each was working. Maximum capacity 2 people with 2 cases. I'll let you do the maths. There were 6 floors!. RSD promise 4 or 5 star hotels! In our judgement 3 stars was being overly kind.
Horrifying hotel, horrifying welcome, horrifying management, horrifying and rude personnel. After 25 years of guiding experience, the worst by far. Not easy to understand how and why people are so amateur.
