Amazing staff and such a good location!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Complimentary cocktail upon arrival. They had upgraded our room to a huge suite which was beautiful and clean.

The staff were all so helpful. From allowing us to use the hotel phone when WiFi was temporarily down to recommending places for a hammam and booking it for us.

Adil was extremely attentive and ensured we had everything we needed at all times and made our stay that much more special for recommending such great places but staff overall were incredible and so kind!

Don't rush to get to your room

We arrived late in the evening as the first hotel in our itinerary on cultural tour of Morocco. There were 32 people on the coach each with one suitcase. 2 lifts only one of each was working. Maximum capacity 2 people with 2 cases. I'll let you do the maths. There were 6 floors!. RSD promise 4 or 5 star hotels! In our judgement 3 stars was being overly kind.

Horrifying hotel, horrifying welcome, horrifying management, horrifying and rude personnel. After 25 years of guiding experience, the worst by far. Not easy to understand how and why people are so amateur.

Booked the room apon a lie as they said theys only a luxury suite left,20 minutes later changed they mind and said we have a delux room left .charged us extorcionate rates and then got lied about the breakfast times by a druken employe on the night shift.upon checking out they asked for 25 pound as we ate a packet of oreo biscuits and a packet of almond they claimed this was part of the mini bar when clearly the mini bar was totaly seperate and the night employe said it was complimentary other than whats in the fridge.they start arguing shouting intimidating swearing and ended up locking the main doors as they held us hostage asking us for 25 pound randsom my friend who was with me at the time is registerd blind even after explaining to the workers they didnt want to listen to anything.my friend was scared and shook up and my friend ended up paying the 25 pound as he was scared.i tried making a video on what was going on they snatched my phone and through it luckily it had a soft landing and didnt break.after recieving the money they calmed down and said we will give you breakfast ,to stay quiet and not cause a scene we unwillingly accepted the offer.the breakfast came and looked like rat food and was a bit of cheese some ham (they knew we were muslims and wanted halal food) the orange juice gave my blind friend stomache problems and hot choc was tastless vile and cold which we left.when leaving the main employee who was named BADAR demanded a good review if not he knew where we stayed in AGADIR hence we have left an honest review after we have come back into england four days after the atrocious incident which has scarred us for life. SO PLEASE ANYBODY WHO IS WANTING TO VISIT MARRAKECH PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE BOB HOTEL AS THIS PLACE NEEDS CLOSING DOWN!!!!

Nice hotel and helpful staff in the reception

The decor of the hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The employees working in the reception were always very willing to help and provided us with very useful information regarding going around and finding places.
