How to Get There
This is an amazing luxury hotel. The staff and service were exceptional and the views second to none. The rooms were luxurious and complete with top-notch amenities. It is a special place that I can't wait to return to.
Awesome location on top of a cliff in beautiful north Mallorca, very friendly and helpful staff, nice infinity pool, good gym. Breakfast is served with amazing view inside or outside.Very recommendable!
We stayed for 7 nights in June. From start to finish the holiday was magical with spectacular views! Having been regular Jumeirah guest in Dubai we decided to try port Sóller, we were not disappointed! The food in the hotel is superb but for those wanting to eat out there are plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars down at the port. The hotel offers a shuttle service day and night down to the port this is very handy a nice touch. During our stay we enjoyed many nights in the sunset bar, all of the hotel staff were excellent but a special mention to Youssef who did a great job at making us welcome and remembered our drinks every night we didn’t even need to ask! During our stay we also chartered a boat from Mezo Magic down at the port, I would defiantly recommend this... we went up the coast stopped of snorkelling went to the caves a stopped off for lunch. Jumeirah port Sóller was the perfect and we will defiantly be back!

Our stay at the hotel was booked as a special birthday present and we specifically requested a quiet room with a full glass fronted balcony, as advertised as their deluxe sea view room. This was an expensive room costing over 600 Euros Half Board per night.
On arrival we were shown to our room that not only incorporated a lift shaft in it but also had a concrete balcony blocking the sea view, which didn’t match the pictures advertised.
When we queried this, we were offered a junior suite at an extra cost of 170 Euros per night which also had a concrete balcony. We refused this, following which they found us a room two doors down which had the full glass sea view. We were delighted and made a point of clarifying that the room would be a straight exchange at no extra cost with their trainee manager.
By the time their staff arrived to move our cases we had waited several hours and subsequently had missed most of the afternoon relaxing in the hotel surroundings, we were also surprised to be presented with a bill for an extra 170 Euros per night.
We then spoke to the duty manager who insisted that the room we were moving to was bigger than our current room and classed as a junior suite. He refused to believe that we had been promised this room at no extra cost by his staff.
As we were not prepared to pay the additional cost, we felt we had no other option but to remain in the original room. My husband did request to speak to the General Manager but at no point did he contact us during or after our stay.
The attitude of the management was unprofessional and they accepted no responsibility for the mix up. They did, however try to placate our disappointment with wine and a cake which unfortunately was all too late, my birthday had become a disappointment and our holiday was not what we had booked. Despite the general staff being quite pleasant the standard of food at this hotel was more like a 3 star offering. The hotel was so sprawled out we even found various people lost at times and quite anxious at not knowing which lift to take to reach their room. This I think we would all agree is definitely not the 5 star hotel that it advertises to be and totally misleads the customer.

Great place for sunset view - great cocktails in the sushi bar and then we ate at their tapas restaurant. Excellent selections. There were four of us - each person had four or five different tapas with four portions so the evening passed delightfully. Good wine, very good service and an absolutely wonderful night.....did have difficulty finding our way out...but that's another story...
