How to Get There
We had three amazing nights here in June. The hotel is modern and our room had wonderful sea views with a large balcony. The service was good and the food excellent. I would certainly stay here again and really couldn't fault the hotel. The Spa was worthy of its label as the best Spa in Spain in 2017.
Just returned from a brilliant holliday. Mountain and harbour views from the room with enormous balcony sofa to lounge on and enjoy. Staff were exceptional from restaurants to shuttle operators. Bus provided to take guests up and down to the port. Nothing was too much trouble and they were genuinely making sure you had the best experience. Leo you are brilliant Anna and your colleagues made breakfast a total treat. Victor you looked after us so well hope you got the book we left for you.
If you want an extra special holiday in a beautiful place this is it. We did find all the different restaurants confusing and couldn't read the menus easily on the room ipad plus air con etc took a little to figure out but they would have come to show you in a flash if we'd asked, spotless, pampering, luxurious, accommodating stunning room.
Fantastic hotel with all your requirements being covered. Fantastic service and food. Nothing is no trouble. May need a map depending on where your staying but the hotel provides one and grounds and decor is enjoyable to see.
Great location, amazing hotel on the cliffs with breathtaking sea views and mountain views from the beautiful spa area and gym. The infinity pool is the best pool, at the pool restaurant we had a delicious veggie burger, a pita wrap and very good fruit smoothies.
The negatives: the cuisine at the Cap Roig restaurant should be more sophisticated, they need a better chef and more elaborate dishes. The wine list is good, but they also need a wider selection.
The Gin Tonics at the sunset bar are good and the view is amazing, the sunsets are breathtaking.
They need smarter and more elegant uniforms for the waiters and for the safety guard by the pool, who looked very shabby and dirty!
We loved the spa but some of the glass windows were dirty form a sand rain we had in Mallorca one week before.... they should have cleaned the glass better, they had plenty of time.
Overall a good experience, great room, beautiful hotel, amazing location.
To improve: staff at the restaurants and pool area (mainly uniforms and professionalism), more elaborate and sophisticated food.
I stayed at Jumeirah Port Soller in June 2018 for a group incentive trip. We had 87 guests in total with a very busy programme. The hotel anticipated our needs and were always on hand to ensure we were looked after. Rather expensive for a European property but justified by the level of service and quality of product. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend.
