Incredible staff
Reviewed 1 month ago

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as we visited Majorca, the hotel has an amazing staff that helped us in every way. As this was our first visit to Majorca, we needed an extra bit of help finding things to do, the staff found everything we wanted and also gave us extra time when we had an airline check-in issue. The rooms are recently renovated and very comfortable. The property also has two roof decks for an amazing view of the surrounding city with comfortable lounge beds for any guest to use.

Spa visit

My husband and I booked massages at the spa. Very poor experience. We get treatments all over the world. The reflexology that had been booked was ignored, we think that the masseuse didn’t know how to do it. It shouldn’t be offered then. Disappointing because we had enjoyed the fusion cuisine up on the roof a previous evening.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a bath mat so my mother wouldn’t slip in the shower. They didn’t have them for hygiene reasons but Jorge bought a new one and had it sent to my mothers room. He went beyond what was expected which was so nice. Breakfast was plentiful with enough choice and the food was good. Rooms were perfectly adequate although perhaps a little small, but they were clean and the free Wi-fi and tv together with the puro music menu made up for it.

Excellent (As Always)

Second stay in 3 months. This time for six nights in room 30.

Everything as perfect as my stay in June. Infact the restaurant food had improved which was my only previous gripe.

The Puro is a sincere hotel. The staff are really nice, without the falseness that you often encounter in such Uber cool places.

Used the beach club this time under own steam.

Food good, clientele ermmmm, they let in non residents of the hotel and these can be a might ‘ if you’ve been to the moon they’ve been twice’ types but hey, that’s not the hotels fault and it is amusing watching them for all of 3 minuets!

I’m heading back in December just to make sure it keeps its 5 star status from me:)
