Great hotel for couples and families

A fantastic location in quiet area, can be noisy but only people passing through the street and did not upset our time there. Great restaurants, galleries and bike hire all close by! We had room service and were shocked our delicious this was, sadly restaurant undergoing upgrade when we stayed so couldn’t try it but hear it’s fantastic when open! Slight shame we weren’t told this before we booked but so much great choice close by it did not ruin our stay!

Fabulous Weekend in Palma

Fabulous Hotel in an ideal location. A matter of steps to the main Shopping area, with a huge selection of Bars and Restaurants nearby. Ultra modern hotel with great amenities. rooftop sunbathing and a small courtyard for al fresco breakfasts. The Hotel very kindly upgraded our room as it was my Birthday. Our room was over reception and looked onto the street, with an internal Balcony. Great for people watching. The breakfasts were one of the best I've had. Crispy bacon and a selection of Continental goodies. We were at breakfast relatively early so had no issues and sat straight away. Couldn't recommend this hotel any more, we will certainly be back.

A lot of noise from fan in the expensive juniorsvit. Did change to a smaller in two plan. Even worse loud talk in the night from the inneryard, some was even smoking. changed after two nights too another hotel
Staff nice. Breakfast ok, little dark room people in line for a table.
First and last visit.

Everything is super

This was a city break by Jet2. We had previously enjoyed trips to Alicante and Malaga but had never been to anywhere in Majorca. So let's try Palma!
Private transfer from the airport with the driver pointing out things of interest. At a roundabout next to the immense and impressive cathedral he told us that was as far as he could go in a car. So take that road, turn right at the second turn and carry on. Now my wife walks with a stick and i'm not always steady on my feet, so we were a bit worried. No problem, Purohotel Palma is only about 400 metres from the Passaig de Born and the sea front, that is to say only about a quarter of an hour's slow walk to anywhere in central Palma; absolutely a super location.
It took us 5 minutes to reach the hotel. All, and I do mean all, of the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. Our room was on the fourth floor, reached by a smallish lift and opening out onto an inner courtyard that contained an incredibly tall straight palm tree. Purohotel is no simple tower block. It has interesting nooks and crevices everywhere with a two storey patio, pool, and bar on the roof. A bit like Paris with good views of roof and the cathedral. The room was well furnished with a king size bed enabling us both to get an undisturbed sleep. It was quiet, which was good since we were in bed most nights by about 10 pm (old age and good local evening meals). We got used to the quirky big combined shower room, sinks and toilet accessed by a double sliding door. Breakfast, starting at 8 was excellent with a wide range of food on offer, vodka and tomato juice if you can face such a thing in the morning.
It was my wife's birthday. I left one birthday card on the chest of drawers and we returned from an exploration of Palma to a bottle of cava and cake; thank you!
We absolutely rate everything about this hotel as super and will return.

Just back after 4 night trip with Jet 2. Friendly welcoming staff, beautiful decor, amazing breakfast., weather perfect.
A truly special, quirky hotel with lots of attention to detail.
Been to Majorca many times but first time to Palma, what a stunning city and immaculately clean, will definitely be back.
Only one small point, lighting could be better in bathroom (room 45) for making up in the evening.
