Brilliant stay, with helpful staff and lovely ammenities

We had a really lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We hired road bikes from another bike shop and the hotel took delivery of the bikes and racked them all for us and then were there to give them back after we left.

The pool is lovely and the breakfast fantastic. You will have a lovely time, enjoy

Something different before heading to beach

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 2 families before heading to Puerto Pollensa.
It's a wonderful country retreat. Very friendly and welcoming of families with young children. We had 3 under 5 so tolerance was required.
Food is excellent and the breakfast included is extensive.
Feedback I'd give to improve the experience would be -
Have cold water available in restaurat and by the pool. Buying small bottles of water is not ideal as you end up spending far too much on it. Tap water is OK but not great and not cold. You don't need to buy in single use plastic bottles but just have big jugs of water around the place.
At breakfast serve coffee to the table. Queue for coffee machine was only thing that hindered breakfast.
Consider more staff at the pool and at the restaurant that does the grill night. We ate there and 1 guy was doing it on his own and driving back and forth to the house to get the wine we ordered. Our lunch order at the pool took 30 mins to arrive.
Have golf buggies to offer guests would make the walk to the bottom pool and restaurat much better. There's no shade on the walk which is a problem with kids.
Have a shop on site. The apartment had a kitchenette but there's no way to get food to prepare yourself. We wanted to do this for 1 night and a lunch. People may stay longer also if they could get provisions on site.
Think about seperating the spa so it has to be booked to use it. Would make it calmer and more spa like. Those of us with kids thought we could take it in turns to escape there but it doesn't work like that!
Finally, carve out a good running / hiking route around the grounds. We went for a run but paths very poor and the provided map was not very helpful. Gates around the site are falling apart and you're not sure if you can go along certain routes.
Apart for that we had a great few days there and I'd recommend to anyone.

Fabulous Stay!

Such a friendly, unpretentious hotel. The rooms were a little basic but everything else was wonderful. The kids loved it, the staff were all so friendly and kind, the breakfast was great. We'll definitely be back, thank you!
