How to Get There
This hotel has always been my family's favorite staycation place whenever we have the opportunity to take time out from our busy schedule. Our 1 night and 2 days stay was worth it. Havent got the chance to visit other attractions in Manila Ocean Park tho. If you want to roam around the city, Luneta Park is just a walking distance from the hotel. I heard that National Museum and Manila Zoo is just nearby the hotel as well. Never had a dull moment during our stay in H2O,lots of activities to do. My kids love it.
Customer service is extremely excellent.
I have been there last week with my family. It was a great experience indeed. We stayed in a bay view room, and enjoyed watching the sunset. There are lots of fun things to do there, perfect staycation for the family. Also, the staffs are very accomodating, they're always willing to help. Ill recommend this hotel to my colleagues!
I enjoyed their restaurant, it caters different food in Asia. So glad that had our free buffet breakfast. We also tried their different amenities that they offer like the hotbed treatment and their Gym. The bed was so comfortable. It was so relaxing because i've seen a different types of fishes. We loved staying there. Hope we would book again.
Room wa but bathroom is leaking everytime we had a shower , Butler and room cleaners was excellent I totally amazed their service, buffet breakfast is totally ripped off not worth it to pay that amount of money and you don't have that much of selection. Check in was good but when we check out on November 26, 2018 between 6:30 to 7:30am oh god that lady who helped us need a replacement ( doesn't smile or greet maybe just say hi or anything like that lol very poor service from that staff and she just look very grumpy the whole time until we finally check out. I was surprised this hotel they charged me 3 extra buffet breakfast. (Make sure you keep all your receipts).
P.s To the hotel management please don't let that happen again over charged for breakfast and poor check out service especially that lady
Hotel was pretty nice, room was fine, but did have a funky smell to it. The room we had was pretty cool, if we were actually in the room at certain times, we could have caught some free shows at the marine park as we could see some of the park from our room. The location was good for us as 2 adults, but not sure for a full family if you plan on walking anywhere at night. We liked it because we got the real feel of Manila, it was downtown, near a lot of stuff to see, but you did have to walk through real city life to get there, and by that I mean many families that were living on the streets. No one bothered us at all of course. but just a heads up. Not far from anything major, the Asia mall, Fish Market, boardwalk. i would easily stay here again for the price and convenience of location.
