How to Get There
Booking & Reservation - made last minute reservations and it was easy and fast
Booked the Bay Deluxe room, it was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathroom came with a jacuzzi. hotel is not brand new and has shown visible signs of “aging” but overall it was a pleasant first-time stay.
Tried only one restaurant and that was just for the complimentary breakfast (Makan Makan) and have not had the chance to try the bar or other food options. Breakfast choices was ok. Nothing extraordinary but serving was enough.
Staff were very courteous and accommodating. They were easy to deal with and have provided good customer service.
Summary: definitely worth a try for one or two nights. Wouldn't stay here for a week.
Interesting experience. Our room had a huge aquarium along an entire wall. Amount of fish and sealife inside this aquarium was underwhelming, however the experience of having it in the room as the primary source of light was something that I found very refreshing and and unique. The aquarium room has no windows to the outside; this sounds like more of a downside than it actually feels once you walk in.
As a general rule this place is full of good ideas and set ups. The facilities are all a bit worn and old, however they are also well-maintained and clean.
We spent my dad's post birthday by weekend staycation in Hotel H20 and going around the Manila Ocean Park the next day. We got the hotel package that has tickets to the park for 4 amenities. I found it a little bit pricey because for the entire weekend, I spent around 20k for 2 double bed rooms for 8 pax. Although the hotel has obviously seasoned over time, its service has not faded. The hotel staff were attentive and accommodating to our requests and needs. Overall, even if time has not been gentle to the aging of the entire hotel and ocean park, hopefully for years to come, people will continue to patronize this innovative establishment right in the heart of the nations's Capitol
