Nice enough

Really well located for easy access to the French quarter. The pluses - a pleasant, spacious room with extremely comfortable beds, coffee maker ( Sadly no fridge though) and a really well equipped gym.

It is a big and busy hotel though and a few late night revellers disturbed us and the sirens from outside also although neither went on too long fortunately. We didn’t have a problem with lifts but housekeeping was very slow - our room hadn’t been done when we returned at 5pm and we didn’t really want to be disturbed whilst resting after all the walking we had done when the maid knocked a few minutes later.

We didn’t have a problem with lifts - maybe being on the 11th floor, and not higher, helped!

Didn’t eat here as we were so near the many restaurants etc New Orleans has to offer

Big hotel

I had a river view room that was clean comfortably appointed. The food was good in the hotel.

The only complaint that I have is that at breaks from the conference, everyone wanted to go to their rooms which proved to make for a wait with the elevator.

Nothing Special

Negatives: The duvet had stains, the ottoman had stains, the bathroom was just standard. Encountered a couple of grouchy servers in the bar area. Elevators are very slow--espcially on the upper levels.

Positives:The majority of the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The location is very convenient. The conference venues were nice, but we were unable to find staff to bring more chairs.
