MAGNIFICENT VIEW OF THE CITY
Reviewed 4 days ago

I did not like new orleans, but I did love my stay at this hotel. I only stayed for a night. I was given a room on the 40th floor. When I went upstairs to check out my room, I was stunned with the view I was given. You could see the whole city through the window. The hotel location is perfect.

Great Location, Nice Stay
Reviewed 5 days ago

Was here for almost three weeks for work. The location is great, very close to buses and streetcars and short walk to a lot of the tourist spots (French Qyr, WWII Museum, Harrah's, etc.) Room was clean, quiet. Some days it took awhile to get warm water in shower even in middle of day. Very nice and large fitness room open 24/7. Small pool on rooftop but without much of a view. Room servie 24/7 but I didn't partake so can't really say anyhting about that but nice to have that option as a lot of restaurants close around 10pm. I was on the 10th floor with an even number room and had view of a building. Rooms on same floor with odd numbers had nice view of Canal Street below. SO if you want a nice view maybe request a room with odd number to be sure you have nice view. The building I faced wasn't very tall so I think people probably 2-3 floors above me facing same way had view.

This is really an amazing hotel the rooms are quite large and comfy, the staff are great and can’t do enough for you,
Would definitely return to this lovely hotel,
It’s central to everything you need and walking distance to the Mississippi River,
The check in staff are lovely and don’t disappoint

I had a great experience at this hotel, everyone was friendly and the location was close to everything. They had a great bar downstairs too. Room was very nice with a fantastic view. We also enjoyed room service which was a great experience as well.

How bad could it get?
Reviewed 6 days ago

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited. Service across the board was terrible with a couple of exceptions. Bell service was very good as was the concierge. everything else pathetic. Food was bad to terrible in taste and presentation. The dining room was closed for dinner. The bar, however, was open and you could order food there if someone would wait on you. Problems in the room included lack of hot water, terrible water pressure, having to ask for toilet paper! Never have had to ask for toilet paper. Air conditioning was erratic and the room was either too hot or too cold.
