Fun trip

Fantastic time with my husband. We were celebrating his retirement and birthday and was so much fun. Planning on going back in 2020 and getting a Burbon street Balcony room. The manager was wonderful with us as I was thinking that was the room I got in the first place. She explained the process with us and took off the early check in fee and up graded us to a balcony room.

Great Location

Great place to stay with a few minor exceptions. We would stay there again but would maybe request a room not next to the street..lots of street noise early in the morning. Nice pool and it was great to have a couple restaurants inside the hotel

Nice hotel location staff not too much

Once checked in the 1st room the balcony door would not open. Called to the front desk, they sent a mechanic up. I called to the front desk asking to be moved did not feel I should be in the room waiting for the mechanic to fix something, because he had to come back he didn't have the correct lock. Room changed. The next morning I woke up AC off, room very hot. Called to have someone check it, the mechanic came and said everything is fine, the room is cooling off pretty fast. Later that day same thing happened. Once again they sent a mechanic up, I'm guessing he changed the batteries. We left didn't want to stay in the room as we were headed out to eat. the next night same thing happened with the AC. Called down to the front desk this time I asked if we were able to move while maintenance came to fix the AC. Not sure why I was not compensated after the second time, at least asked to be moved or something. I had to ask after the fourth time. The hotel is nice, great location, nice pool area.
