Big Easy choice!

Very comfortable, great location, excellent coffee shop in lobby with Yaka Mein on the menu for the inevitable next morning hangover. Walking distance to everything. Friendly front desk staff. We had a standard room with a window overlooking the pool which was fine, we weren’t in the room much anyway. Overall excellent choice for a weekend in the French Quarter!

We love this hotel!

The Hyatt Centric New Orleans is fabulous! The rooms are spacious, gorgeous & clean! This is our 4th time to stay here & we love it. One very important piece of advise... ask for an interior room if you are a light sleeper. All of the interior rooms open to a courtyard that has sofas, chairs & tables if you want to enjoy the outdoors.

The location is great & the staff is friendly & accommodating. There is a pool on the second level & the bartender made me the best Bloody Mary, loaded with bacon & blackened shrimp!

There is a small restaurant called Powdered Sugar right off the lobby with sandwiches, breakfast items, coffee & sweets.

Excellent Hotel, location and Service

The Hotel is just around the corner from Bourbon St and Canal St. Still a very quiet place. The hotel is modern, peaceful with lavender smell that helps to wind down. Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious.
Super friendly staff, from greeting at the front door to the check in.

Now, special recognition to the Concierge, her name is Helise. She made the best recommendations for tours and restaurants. She provided hints of the city every morning while I had my coffee. Please recognize her on my behave.

Great place to stay!

This hotel is chic and modern so beautiful and Michael ( from Jamaica) is awesome! He is so kind and welcoming. Great jazz band in the bar. The room was huge and the courtyard and pool areas are beautiful as well.

Pleasant stay in NOLA

The hotel is well located. You walk around the corner and you’re on Bourbon Street, yet at night you can’t hear a noise from your room. You can also exit on Canal Street, and half a block away you have streetcar stops. Or you can walk right into the center of the French Quarter, about a ten minute walk away.
Staff is wonderful. You get buffet breakfast on weekends, and you order your favorites the rest of the week, food being quite good.
Only drawbacks: WiFi keeps being cut off, and hotel needs a little renovation.
