Horrible Customer Service & Room

The front desk staff are incredibly rude! Way more interested in their phones than guests. I couldn't get either of the ladies to answer my question as to where the icd machine was....another guest tried to help me since their phones were priority. First impression horrible due to customer service. It only got worse upon finding a small room with a disgusting bathtub. So disappointing. Avoid this hotel, it is not worth it.

Poor customer service/overpriced

$250 per night, plus fees and offsite parking, as they only have a handful of paid parking spaces, our 2 night stay over was over $700. Additionally, this newly renovated hotel has very tiny rooms, only one person can walk around the end of the bed at a time. Tub was creepy. Staff were less than helpful, not welcoming, inattentive or if questioned stated they were new and didn't know.

sleep well

this is a newly renovated hotle within walking distance of the train station. it is directly on the trolly line and sits on lee circle. the rooms are somewhat small if you get two queen size beds but it sleeps well. you have a refrigerator, microwave and coffe pot. the breakfast buffet 7-10am is excellent and changes daily. Only wish it opened at 6am for guest leaving on flights or trains at 7am. took fruit and yogurt back to room and stored in fridge for late night diabetic snacks. Erica the 3-11 desk person gave excellent suggestions for nearby {walking } resturants that offered daily lunch and diner specials. staff was constantly cleaning. WWII museum is half a block away and Geoff the concierge was very helpful, approached us as we were having breakfast and inquired about or vist and gave excellent suggestions and discout coupons for local sites
