Great hotel to stay at when visiting NOLA and wanna stay away from the crowds. The staff was courteous & the rooms were very clean.
We had a double room, the walk in shower with rock floor was awesome. No tub. The hotel has a bar and small restaurant.
The rooms do not have refrigerator or microwave- but the bar will warm items for you.

Wedding Stay
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

I stayed here at the Hotel Indigo primarily due to the fact that there was a wedding rate for a ceremony that I was a part of. I had some trouble booking as I didn't know the rate was only for 1 night and there was no indicator on the site about that, it was frustrating, hence the star taken off.

We flew in early in the morning, well before we can expect check in. To our surprise, they actually ended up allowing a check in despite how early it was. That was pretty good. Plus the proximity to a streetcar stop so we could venture into the quarter, also something special.

The room was always clean and the bathroom was larger than I would of expected. Nothing really to complain about at all except the booking process.

I want to say thank you Greg, Shana and Sam S. You guys make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable I never met the management team but I would like to let them know that they have the best players in their field. The hotel is beautiful very spacious bed is comfortable, we only did breakfast and it was delicious also but most importantly the three names mentioned above are the best they are so polite, nice and accommodating. Thank you guys and you will definitely see again! #indigonola

Great place, great location

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night on our way from Texas to Florida. Last year we stayed at the Royal Sonesta in the French Quarter, and while the Royal Sonesta is fabulous, we've outgrown the Quarter. So this year we decided we'd try to the Garden District and loved it - the District and the Hotel.

Easy checkin. Super friendly valet, front desk, and especially the bar tender Kevin, who my wife relished is hair. He even gave us a great place to go eat in NYC where his brother is involved.

Great room, bed, space. If we keep going to Florida for a family beach trip, we'll definitely stay here again.

Still a good place to stay

Second stay since our 8/8/2017 while visiting New Orleans. I wished we could have gotten a little more information from the front desk but the lady was very nice and professional.

Still no fridge or microwave

This visit we were able to walk the few blocks to Magazine street.
