How to Get There
I stayed here for a week in July with my mum. This hotel is a mission to get to and unfortunately due to an English language breakdown they did not collect us from Pula airport. As the hotel is a mission to get to (takes over 3 hours from Pula airport) it cost me £250 to do the trip. On our return journey we decided to take a small plane from a local airport to Pula directly which took 20 minutes and was the same price the hotel charged for a transfer.
The hotel wasn't full when we stayed so was good that there were plenty of sunbeds. The indoor and outdoor pool area were lovely and clean. Staff were very nice.
Breakfast was good - lots of choice and we mostly ate outside which was lovely. Room was good though they kept taking the cups and glasses away without replacing them so that was a little annoying. All in all the hotel was nice (albeit lacking in atmosphere in the evenings - not sure where everyone went!) and the local town was ok but all in all not worth the mission getting to it (if you opt for the cab journey).
We have come here several times now and usually stay at least for two weeks during the summer. The hotel is immaculate in every aspect, from the rooms, cleanliness, hospitality of all team members, design of all areas and also food and beverage offers. The hotel has recently added a Japanese restaurant, which is a fantastic addition to the hotel and its offerings. We sometimes go to local restaurants, but its also nice to have an additional option in the hotel. The breakfast buffet is one of the best and richest I have seen. Especially the live juice station and also the live egg station has some great team members that always have a smile on their faces and are happy to help. Don’t miss to visit the spa, which is absolutely top, including the fitness centre and also the indoor wet area, which has an amazing selection of saunas and steam rooms. Make sure you make this your place to stay - enjoy!
Phantastic hotel with nice restaurants, beaches, places to relax and so many things more. Try one of the massages at the Spa. This place is highly recommend if you wanna stay in Mali Losinj. We will come back for sure.
Fantastic location surrounded by beautifully preserved trees and nature in the Cikat bay. What a place for our romantic 3 day getaway. Huge outdoor and indoor pools. Amazingly, although the hotel seemed full the pool areas were not crowded. Breakfast was amazing. The newly opened Japanese restaurant was superb in all aspects. The hotel private beach with guest sunbeds made our stay so practical and enjoyable. A big praise goes out to the fantastic staff at the poolside bar. The only criticism I have relates to the not so clean pool bed and the ceramic tiles which have fallen off the walls and pillars of the indoor pool area.
We landed there for just a night, but could really think of staying for a week. Big but not crowded hotel even it was fully booked. Several places to have dinner (Sushi and others) but also some cheaper but quite good restaurants in the vicinity.
Concierge was outstanding, helping me with my brother in law's birthday cake.
Good room, as you would expect from a five star hotel.
Will go there again.
