How to Get There
I visit cabo annually and tried this place out. Beautiful beach and location. The hotel itself is great. The food SUCKS! Consistantly Mediocre. The service equally sucks. Nothing much for kids either. Not worth it for the money.
Im sticking to the Hyatt Ziva.
We loved our time at Paradisus Los Cabos! The staff were fabulous!! Friendly, helpful, fun and energetic and really made sure we had the best experience during our stay! The rooms were spotless and we have a beautiful view! The food was perfect! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this resort was! We absolutely will come again!! Hopefully sooner than later!!!
We recently returned a week ago from this beautiful property. At our arrival,we were greeted by Bayron,( guest services) he mentioned to us, that our room was not ready, we were a bit sad, ...but he handled it very well by upgrading our accomadations, which were amazing, beachfront, great room. The whole week was wonderful. Our butler Ramon was attentive and relaible...The grounds were perfect, clean, and beach awesome..I give this resort a 5 star....and will definetly return....
My husband and I stayed in a Royal Service room for four nights in May as part of a President's Club corporate trip. We had a great room with a very comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning and a balcony that looked directly out on the Sea of Cortez. A lot has been written in other reviews about whether Paradisus is a "five star" resort and that really depends on your expectations. Overall, we thought it was very good given the all-inclusive model. What truly was "five star" was the service. Every single person we interacted with was warm, gracious and friendly without being over-familiar. Every staff person we passed in the corridor had a smile and an "hola". Our Royal Service butler, Ricardo, took good care of us. Reynold, the sommelier at the GastroBar, gave us good guidance and (in response to our questions) told us all about how you become a sommelier in Mexico. Our biggest test of the staff came when I accidentally checked out leaving all my jewelry (everyday things, not precious gems) in a drawer in our room. I was so worried when I discovered this, but the housekeeping staff found everything and turned it in to security. Then Roger, the Royal Service manager, took over and helped me with every step required to get my things shipped back to the U.S., a multi-day process involving pick-up by a local shipper, processing, and transfer to UPS. He gave me his personal contact info and we stayed in regular contact until I had my UPS tracking number. I was so grateful for the integrity of the whole team and especially for all Roger's efforts on my behalf!
Wow!What a fantastic experience we had at Mole. Raul was our waitor and made our experience with Mole memorable. Raul for sure deserves some credit for all of the hard work he does. His service was outstanding-Thank you Raul for making our dining experience such a pleasant one! He kept our table very clean, made suggestions on food choices, and was extremely prompt. Raul is an asset to your team! Thank you! Food was great as well.
