1st week of December had swim out royal service adult only. Non ocean view has more sunshine and private. You don't see the sunrise from your room, but that is the only plus that you give up to have so much more! Room service is great, food is great, Steak at all locations is unbelievable! I'm not even a steak eater and couldn't get enough! Butler service is fantastic, nothing is out of their willingness to please! Hopefully you get Ramon, I don't know the others, but he is a dream. We did have Valentin while Ramon was off, and he is awesome too. They are their to make your vacation a dream, and they do just that. Staff was amazing at all spots! Beds are very comfortable, don't like making coffee cup at a time, no problem, call room service for a pot, they have an app, use it! pool was warm, ocean is swimable, but exhausted after swimming in it, they will bring you food any where, towels are every where, no bathroom at beach, so its a walk! wish they had relaxing furniture on patio (like a futon chair for 2). shower to wash ocean/sand off is soft, tall, and chilly. I would have liked more water pressure, lower shower for feet, and a touch warmer to rinse with. Make sure you request turn down service.. that was one of my pamper things! I have nothing bad to say... absolutely loved my entire stay there! they even decorated my room for my birthday! brought me cake 3 times.. talk about special :)

Great spot. Royal Service is where it’s at. Staff is awesome. Swimmable beach is great and super unique in Cabo. Our butler Octavio was the best. Request him by name if you can. All around this place is great and we will visit again!

Paradises is a fabulous resort! The food was amazing and had good service. Be sure to get the royal service package! Our butler Octavio took very good care of us and made it a very enjoyable stay. This resort has a little area where it’s safe to get in the ocean which was a cool addition.

Decided to take the long trip here from Massachusetts for a week long getaway with the misses. At first we were skeptical of traveling so far and if it would be worth it or not. Well...…it was definitely worth it and then some. This place is incredible. From the amazing staff who is always there for anything you need, to the amazing restaurants, pools and views of the Sea of Cortez. We upgraded to the royal service package and I would definitely recommend doing this to anyone traveling without kids. (Only say this because I believe the pool is adult only, I have kids of my own too but didn't bring them this time). The royal service gives you a butler, who at the very least makes all your dinner reservations and keeps you up to date on whats happening at the resort. The best part of royal service though is the additional of another restaurant, La Palapa, which was one of our favorites. The food is excellent and the views are incredible. The pool at royal service is much smaller than the main one but nice to escape to once in a while for a more relaxing experience. I would also recommend a Spa visit, which was incredible and so relaxing. We loved just walking the property and having drinks at all the different bars, and like I said the staff was absolutely incredible at every location we went to. One day we a day excursion into Cabo to see the arches etc. and it was really worth it. We got to spend the day in downtown bar hopping and went to the beach for lunch at the Office (which was awesome and totally worth it). The resort also had nightly entertainment which was nice and always different. The avenue bar was one of our favorite spots for a nightcap. We also met some really nice people from all over the country that we spent time with chatting and having drinks with. All in all this resort was top notch and I would go back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time at Paradisus, arrived for 4 nights to celebrate a special birthday weekend and they made this a stay to remember! We had Royal Service and Julio was our personal concierge, he was attentive and friendly and made our stay extra special!
We had dinner at Gastro which was AMAZING and Mole, equally as yummy. The staff and service at the resort was top notch! My husband and I both had spa services and were very happy with the customer service! From check in to check out our stay was relaxing and memorable. We can't wait to come back with our kids and try out the Family Concierge! We plan to return very soon!
