One of the best hotels ever, in one of the nicest places ever

This hotel is the best. It has everything: a nice spa, good food and absolutely amazing surf. Regardless of your experience level surfing, there are waves for you. I'm a good surfer and I got tons of great waves and my wife is still learning and thanks to the Mike Doyle Surf School (located on the property), she was also getting lots of rides. All of the staff, whether at the surf school, restaurant, spa, or hotel, are simply amazing - they are friendly and attentive, without being hovering. We've been coming here for years and every year has been perfect. We absolutely love this place and we know much of the staff so well now, we consider them friends.

There is also tons of cool stuff to do off-site, so even if you don't surf, you'd have a great time. If you do surf, this is a must-visit.

Love, love, love this place

We have been coming here at least a couple times a year! It’s my happy place.🏖🧡 Everything about is “simple elegance” from the rooms to the staff to the grounds. The same staff has been here as far as I can tell from at least 10 years ago it must be a happy place to work as well! 😊

Surf day

Cabo Surf was a really nice resort and had plenty of surf boards for all skill levels, as well as boogie boards for rent. They had lots of experienced instructors available for lessons. However the ocean here is very rocky and hard to walk in, they also have sea urchins hiding underneath (ouch). If you want to surf I recommend heading up the coast a short drive to Cerritos Beach, beautiful sand bottom ocean and waves of all sizes!

Best Kept Secret in Cabo - this place is #1. Cabo Surf Hotel does it ALL.

An INCREDIBLE smaller hotel with class. Had a first-floor, ground level, ocean-front suite that was beautifully appointed with native woodwork and Mexican tile. Awake to beautiful sunrises right outside your room. Surfers abound in the Sea of Cortez throughout the day (with surf lessons/boards offered by the hotel !) Huge walk-in tile shower. Finest linens on the king-size bed, very comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect. Terrific breakfast/lunch/dinner restaurant facilities. Stayed here for my daughter's destination wedding (60 guests) and all stayed here. Reception dinner and music on the beach Friday evening with cocktails and a taco bar serving 4-5 different varieties of tacos, followed by a bonfire on the beach. A beautiful "on the beach" wedding ceremony Sunday evening followed by a gorgeous poolside cocktail party (with native Mariachi band), and a meticulously-appointed and outrageously fun outdoor dinner and wedding reception (complete with dance floor and disco-ball) on the hotel grounds. IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. Highly recommend !! This is THE PLACE to stay in Cabo.
