Overall nice resort...
We were there for a few days back in October. I had a Suite all to myself. We were a group of 10 and I wanted a place for all of us to be able to hang out. My room was ready as soon as we arrived. We all got to hang out there until the other rooms were ready. I've been here before and they've changed a few things. If you want to party, you have to go over to the Riu Santa Fe. I made that trek a couple of times for the pool party, which was a blast.
The pools were clean even though we were in them just about all day long. We met some awesome people in those pools. One is even going to join our group in 2021 when we travel to Riu Aruba. The food is ok (just ok) but there's plenty. You can't go hungry. We didn't get to try the steak house. Next time (2122). The drinks don't seem to have much booze in them, so I normally drink wine or champagne. The staff were awesome as always. Always with a smile and an Hola. I'd tell you more, but I have to get back to work. We enjoyed our stay and I was just recently with our group and all want to return. See you in 2022.
