How to Get There
We were there on a trip with our company Pure Romance and it was gorgeous. Food was amazing and staff friendly. Just be mindful smoking is not allowed in most of the resort. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Maid service came twice a day with turn down service.
This was our first visit to this resort and I must say, it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful. We checked in with Alex at the check in counter. He is wonderful!!! He did everything he could to make us happy. He is very professional and helpful. We paid for an oceanfront room and our room had a view out of this world.
The hotel was very clean and the workers were all so helpful, patient and kind. They work so very hard and it was obvious by the beauty of the hotel.
I have been to many all inclusive resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean and I will say that the food was better than any that I had ever visited. The Italian restaurant was excellent and the service was wonderful. The poolside burgers are great for lunch. We got the chicken breast sandwich twice there! The Mexican restaurant was great for breakfast because there was so many delicious food choices. The poolside seafood restaurant had excellent fish and shrimp tacos with the best tortilla chips. Fresh guacamole and pico de gallo daily and it was delicious.
The spa was great for a message but it could use just a little updating. The spa workers were all so very nice and accommodating.
The disco was great also. We loved the set up. Lots of seating and it had a great dance floor. We danced until 2' o clock each night and we are in our fifties!
Overall, this was a great vacation in a stunningly beautiful hotel. I highly recommend it.
My experience was excellent with all the employees paying attention to every detail and accomodating in every aspect. Super friendly and hard working. Was a pleasure staying with Grand Americana Hotel where you feel valued and cared for.
This was our first trip to Los Cabos. We discovered Grand Fiesta Americana through HGVC and decided to give it a try. What an AMAZING PLACE! We were greeted promptly and the check-in was quick and easy. Our one bedroom suite had full ocean view with awesome sunsets. The grounds are immaculate and the staff dedicated (especially Elena, our house keeper). Every day she left a personalized note and towel art. The beach experience was just what we were looking for to relax and unwind. Even though the majority of the beach is unsuitable for swimming, lounging with the waves crashing into the rocks was soothing. We also appreciated the friendly beverage servers who kept our thirst under control at both the beach and various pools. Our food experience was fantastic. The breakfast buffet at the Peninsula offered a wide variety of delicious food choices. Our favorite choice for dinner was Rosato. The food was exceptional and the service was outstanding. Everyone from the hostess, Dennis, to the servers, Alejandro, Roberto and Pacheco made our dining experience a true pleasure. The manager even checked in with us to ensure Chef Karina had prepared the food to our satisfaction. The trip exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning in the near future.
This was our first stay at this particular resort. We booked through Hilton Grand Vacation Club. The resort was lovely and the restaurants were all pretty good. Prior to the trip, we had verified both on the HGVC website and by phoning the resort that for the all inclusive portion, kids 12 and under were a reduced price. Upon arrival, I was charged an adult price for my 12 year old, which immediately put me on guard that things were not going to go as expected. Other than that initial experience, the rest of our stay was uneventful and we enjoyed ourselves. We would consider visiting this resort again in the future.
Now the service at the beach was spectacular. Rodolfo and Daniel are the best and made serving our family their priority. We were able to relax and thoroughly enjoy the beach and those accommodations!!!
