Luis the lifeguard made our experience unforgettable!

Luis was at the beach ready to greet us with a smile everyday. He did anything and everything he could for us and always had us smiling and laughing! He made us feel safe the whole trip. Make sure to talk to him and say hello for us Oklahoma girls!

Love this place

I can only say wonderful things about the Salt Water Spa. They have a great gym. The spa has a steam room, sauna, hot tub, cold water plunge with a soothing waterfall. There are lounges to relax on & I actually fall asleep sometimes. The massages there are excellent. The staff & manager are so warm & friendly. Everyone is helpful. The spa is kept very clean & they have fruit water & tea to drink. Everything you need is provided, including towels, robes, sandals, soap, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, hair products. My happy place in Cabo!

Luis made our vacation fabulous! He cares for everyone on the beach and puts a smile on everyone’s face! Very helpful and fun to hang out with! Make sure to stop by and give him a hug for us! Definitely deserves a raise! Great condo to stay at!

Amazing hotel and staff but Beware of extremely loud music that shakes your room all night!!! from Mango Deck

We just moved hotels (paying for two because Casa Dorada was non refundable) because of the noise. I don’t consider myself a picky person but it was shaking our room until 12:30am at night. 15 hours of music shaking your room daily. That will make anyone insane. I turned up the TV all the way and couldn’t hear it over the music. THAT is how loud it was. We asked to move but were told that everyone was complaining because ME Cabo is also very loud as well. We decided to move hotels even though we had to pay for both.

That said, the service at the pool is amazing. Gustavo is the best!!! Service at the front desk is good too. Oscar was great.

Not a good place for families because of the noise. This hotel has got to figure out what to do about the noise from Mango Deck. We won’t be returning unless they do and we’ve stayed there several times before.

Great hotel

Great place in a fantastic location. Staff was nice and this is the cleanest hotel ever! Only downside is the Mango Deck right on the beach in front of the hotel. Music can get loud even late hours into the night. May not always be this way all the time but we went in March during spring break season.
