The Best Address (& Service) in Milan
Reviewed 2 days ago

This is the third time I’m staying in this Park Hyatt (the top of the Hyatt Group chain is always my favourite) and I can’t resist to write this praise. The executive suite (for 3 people) we are staying is more than decent size (even with an extra bed added) and the bath room is graciously large. The deco of Park Hyatt might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I do like the luxurious feel of marble used. The signature restaurant VUN by Andrea Aprea is a must and well deserved of its 2 Star Michelin status. I love their bar very much too!

However, what distinguished this hotel with their extremely high quality competitors such as MO, Four Seasons, Armani Hotel, and BVLGARI Hotel etc is firstly it’s address hence location - practically next to Duomo di Milano and most importantly its impeccable service. Nicola Balitro, its Head Concierge, is a living encyclopaedia of local knowledge and most helpful in assisting your daily plan! And how can I forget the most capable and beautiful Cristina Sancenon, Director of Operations, for her assistance and hospitality. These people make Park Hyatt Milano special and I will certainly go back to this “home” next time I visit Milan again!

Upscale hotel, prime location

Obviously, Park Hyatt Milan can not be beat for its superb location in the center of the city. As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are uncommonly large by European standards and the bathrooms are great as well. Staff was attentive and helpful. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner but the breakfast was ok.

This property is in a fantastic location with an outstanding staff. I would return any day. Amazing staff and really good restaurants on the property made this stay easy for my family and I. The rooms are large and open with beautiful bathrooms!

So close to everything

I have stayed in many hotels in Europe and I'm always disappointed because the rooms are so small and old. This hotel was great. The rooms and bathroom are huge. Service was beyond great and I enjoyed the spa. The spa area was kinda small in the locker room area but it didn't take away from my amazing massage. We had the breakfast included which was packed full of good stuff. There was no one cooking omelettes or anything but it was better then just a pastry bar and juice. Everything you want to see in Milan is in walking distance from this hotel.

Excellent location, very warm welcome, all staff are friendly and they tried to assist me in perfect way. Room is very quiet at night, which help us to sleep deeply after long day. Breakfast was excellent with lot of choices. Reception, concierge and the restaurant team work really hard to make my stay comfortable under great management. For me it was an excellent experience.
