How to Get There
In february 2018 I was lodged at this hotel. Good place to stay in Milan. The room is tiny, but clean and cosy. The location is superb. I arrived walking from Milan Central Station, easy access to main attractions in Milan. The staff is great, helpful and very kind. I recommend it!
A friendly welcoming hotel with excellent facilities. Staff could not be more helpful. It was in a good location for visiting main sights. Breakfasts were great and set you up for the day. It was not too far from the train station - about 25 mins on foot.
We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They were very accommodating and friendly. We stayed at the hotel prior to and after a cruise and left luggage with the hotel. On our first stay, we had a room overlooking the street and it was quite noisy, so we requested a quiet room on the next stay. They really stepped up and gave us a beautiful, large room in a quiet part of the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of items .
The hotel is convenient to transportation and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a boutique hotel at a reasonable price
We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Staff were attentive to our requests and the garden was very peaceful. Great buffet breakfast. Well located within walking distance to stations, shops and parks.
We needed to take a taxi to this hotel because there is no tourist information available at the Milan Centrale Station so although we had the hotel’s address we had no idea where it was. The taxi ride from the station was twice the cost of the return journey so we may have contracted a charlatan or the one-way streets may be a problem. Once we got to the hotel we knew we had hit gold. The man on reception was cheerful and helpful. Someone took our cases to the room. We were on the top floor. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the bathroom was enormous - separate shower and tub, overhead shower option, two basins, barhrobes and slippers, and lots of ‘toys’. The hair dryer was good. The beds were comfortable. The linen was beautiful. There was no duvet. Hooray! We could open the window. There was an electric blind. There were convenient powerpoints. The garden was very pleasant for a bar dinner and for breakfast. If only there were not so many smokers in Italy. When we wanted to get to our tour meeting point a taxi was called for us but with the aid of a map we were able to walk back. Hotel Sanpi, you might become the best hotel on our trip.
