Convenient place to stay as it's close to public transport.

Our room was clean and quiet spacious. Breakfast was included in our price and was well worth it. Our only problem was the cleaner nether put out toiletries and we had to ring reception twice. I also had to plug the rooms TV in as it seemed some one had unplugged it for some reason. Otherwise a great stay. I didn't give five stars as there is always room for improvement.

Lovely hotel

Great distance from Central Station with easy access from airport. Return airport bus costs €16 to Central Station, then it’s just a 10 min walk (cheaper than the train at €13 one way and taxi €95).

The room was nice and quirky with powerful air con. We loved the colour therapy idea. We did feel that the bathroom let it down, the shower cubicle is far too small and it took ages to get the water to the right temperature. Our toiletries weren’t replaced every day either, we had to phone reception every morning for shower gel.

Breakfast was nice. We recommend the chocolate twist pastries!

Had a great time in Milan

Booked this hotel via easyjet holidays. We flew from Gatwick to Milan. Hotel is about an hour via the train from the airport. A single ticket is 13 euros and the train is very safe.

Hotel is clean, 6 minutes from Central underground station. We booked the bed and breakfast option. Choices each morning were fair. Cold buffet cereal, toast etc, tea and coffee. Additionally, eggs were available.

Most hotel staff speak English and staff are helpful. I felt safe in the hotel. My view from my window was nothing amazing. Rooms are clean and well stocked with toiletries (these are regularly changed) . However, some of the hotel looks a bit tired (carpets and lift only fits about 2-3 people).

Near the hotel are a number of restaurants, food at these restaurants is pretty good. Some staff at some of these restaurants are little pushy. I did not like this but most restaurants were really friendly and good value for money.

We also visited the city of Turin via the high speed train. People are very nice there and there is lots to see. If you book a few days in advance you can visit Venice or Rome for 40 euros.

Guys I had an amazing holiday thank you Hotel Mediolanum Milan. xxx
