Came here for four nights with my boyfriend for a city break. Lovely clean bright rooms, maid service everyday with fresh towels and toiletries daily. Staff were very welcoming & made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. Right next door to the tube station. Lidl was also close by and with the hotel room having a fridge this was a massive bonus. Would definitely come back. Thank you Hilton for a lovely holiday!
Only stayed one night but the staff and especially the General Manager were amazing. The GM personally welcomed us and made sure that we were comfortable and were satisfied with our rooms and everything else. He even accommodated us with some special requests that we had. We were given a king room on the 6th floor with a balcony. Bed was comfortable. A small gym was also on the 6th floor. Breakfast was excellent and they were happy to hold our luggage for us as we had a late night departure. The GM even came to say goodbye before he left for the day. Location of the hotel is very close to the Metro and there are restaurants, a gelateria, and supermarket very close by. An excellent stay and next time in Milan we will be back. Thank you so much for everything.
