Fabulous stay with my daughter

Fabulous stay at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia. In particular very dedicated staff, I and my 6 year old daughter felt very comfortable. All our needs were met. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Perfect location near Milano Centrale.

Exceptional throughout...one of the best City hotels in the world

This stylish, superb hotel is unbeatable in Milano. With exceptional staff throughout, staying here is always a pleasure. This hotel is superbly managed, the suits and rooms have every detail covered. Our signature suite on the 4th floor was so well designed it should receive an award. Our 2nd adjoining bedroom was also stunning.

Wherever you go in the hotel, from the spa to the restrooms (and the hotel’s two Maserati house cars for guest use), the styling, the detail, the quality and comfort is so way ahead of the curve.

Clearly, the exceptional management along with all of the staff seek perfection...and they achieve it. We stayed here specially en route from Rome to Lake Como because to be resident at this hotel is such a pleasure ...and it also offers tremendous value.

In particular guest services are intuitive. The concierge desk is as good as it gets especially Alessandro who is just a pleasure to be assisted by. The breakfasts are absolutely lovely, room service is a delight, in the bedrooms and suites everything is perfect...from the oversized room safes to the comfort of the beds. The detail is remarkable. I wish we were staying longer but we will definitely return, I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Milan.

Up to expectations. A pleasure

Very nice luxury Hotel, in front of Central Train Station. Food on the 7th floor excellent. Paccheri alla Vittorio well cooked and delicious. A nice suprise at the end: Mini Patisserie very yummy.
The only "negative" note was the restroom on the ground floor (or rather -1). That was due to the lack of air conditioning. For the rest a gorgeous experience. Recommended.
