Very nice hotel! Breakfast was great! Rooms are very nice. Service in the hotel was amazing....everyone in Lisbon is amazing! Location is great, we walked everywhere! Only thing the bed pillows were all foam. Otherwise very nice hotel. Lisbon is one of the most charming cities I’ve been in! Hope to go back!

Excellent hotel, right location, outstanding feel to the stay there.

New to Lisbon. Found the hotel location excellent. Room was large, quiet, well appointed. Staff were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable. Had breakfast there every morning. The surroundings are for picture taking, food was excellent, fresh, simply A 1 in all aspects.

This hotel is exceptional in all ways. The excellent restaurant for breakfast is the best I have ever experienced. If you want to get a relaxing and good nights sleep wait until you sleep in one of their comfortable beds.

Beyond Excellance

True quality. Everything about this hotel was terrific. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I don't expect to be returning to Lisbon, since this was our 2nd time to the city. Quite frankly our first visit was so long ago, we couldn't remember much about the city. Do go at least once.

Perfect location, perfect hotel!

Hard to say what we liked best about the hotel. It is beautifully situated on the beautiful Commerce square along the river. The picture above doesn't do the hotel justice - to us it looked like trolleys were going by day and night. Not so but the square can get quite noisy at night depending on what's going on. We were there for both Easter weekend and April 25 Liberation day so there was a LOT going on.
Nevertheless the hotel was always cool, calm and welcoming. The daily buffet breakfast was outstanding as was the service. We were supposed to stay at a different part of Lisbon after we traveled to Sintra but switched it to Pousada de Lisboa.
There is so much to see and do in Lisbon but the major sights can get crowded. Don't miss a stroll along the waterfront right in front of the hotel where a several sand and rock artists are hard at work along with lovely cafes, ferry boats to other areas etc. Our grandchildren really enjoyed that.
