The staff is friendly and Service minded.
And the rooms are quite small but it's clean and fresh, I can reccomend this and the location is in the center With walking distance to shopping area and restaurants.

Funky, light & airy rooms with great amenities (great lighting options, smart-phone to take out & about if needed, TV in mirror was a first for me, and that amazingly luxurious shower head). Fantastic location at down-town Rossio Square and view to the castle. Easy walk to Bairro Alto, Chiado, Alfama, trams, shopping etc.. Welcoming staff also, and reasonable rates. Thoroughly recommended if you are after a good centrally located boutique hotel in Lisbon.

Excellent hotel!

It is modern, very clean, the staff is great, very polite, helpful and willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

When we checked-in, we had the pleasant surprise to learn that we were upgraded to a nicer room, in the last storey, with a great view on the Praça D. Pedro. Mmmh, that was a pretty good news :-) .

Wifi is working very well, with only one code to enter for the entire stay (no need to reenter it every 24 hours). Another very good surprise was the mobile phone connected to the 4G lent by the hotel for free. Very useful as I don't have any datas with my mobile phone!

There is a nice restaurant/bar as well. We had only a drink, but here as well, the staff was very pleasant. And the price was quite reasonable.

About our room.
We had a nice one, with a great view of the Pedro Place. We could see the castle of S. Jorge. Although it was great, this could be noisy in Summer if you want to sleep windows open (there is a cooler though).

About situation:
The hotel is in the center. Close to the underground, buses and trams. You can walk to the see easily.

Little final touch:
We were welcomed by 4 little natas waiting for us to be eaten ... :-) .

Perfect Hotel in the Perfect Location

My Story Hotel Rossio is just a perfect hotel in a perfect location. It is right off Rossio Square, near the main train terminal, and near the main walking and shopping streets. There are many, many wonderful restaurants in the area and within walking distance. The port is also down a major walking street not too far away. The hotel is very modern. The rooms are large and well-appointed. Our room, on the 4th floor, had wonderful views of the square and of the fort on top of the hill. The reception staff were very nice and extremely competent. They were happy to provide suggestions and make reservations in nearby restaurants. This is definitely THE place to stay in Lisbon.

Perfect! Provided everythlng that was needed.

I booked this hotel at the last minute after reading the mostly favorable reviews, which hit the mark. After a delayed arrival. I arrived late on a Saturday night after the customary airport taxi driver ripoff (I was too tired to figure out the Metro at that point). Throughout my one week stay, I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful and they really seemed to care that my stay was pleasant. I also had the good fortune to have my room upgraded to one which faced Rossio, the main square in Lisbon which is ideally-situated for transportation. Most places of interest were within easy access. The hotel seems to have recently undergone a major refurbishment. Mine was well appointed, functional and provided most comforts one could ask for. I heard that MyStory is a growing business concern, and they seem to stress customer satisfaction as part of their business culture. They even own a nearby shoe shop. The only negative that I can think of is their no refund policy which as stated in their website is "We don't do refunds". As I was initially not feeling well, I only booked the first night because I was uncertain how things would turn out. However, things worked out well as I began to feel better, and I booked the remainder of my stay upon my arrival.
