How to Get There
This was the smallest room I've been in, which is saying a lot. It might work for a very small, short person traveling alone with 1 small bag. I can't believe it passed fire codes since there was not a 36 inch clearance to get past the bed. If the bathroom door is open, you can't get in the room. They have provided a coffee pot and tea cups on a tray that juts out over the shelf, which juts into the passage past the bed. We were miserable there. We had booked weeks in advance on booking.com 2 rooms with king beds and balconies. We got Room 206 and our friends were on another floor with a room larger by a few feet. I asked for a larger room and they said they were sold out. The balcony was approximately 8 inches wide, but you couldn't get to it anyhow because the only place to put suitcases was in front of the doors. The mattress was actually not bad but sleep was impossible because the in-room air conditioner did not work and it was too hot. We couldn't open the window because the street was bright with lights and noise and we would have had to move the suitcases. There were no public spaces to sit and talk or spa or pool. They have an attached restaurant which was OK; the bartender was very accomodating. The location was good. I would never go there again.
We searched for a well located, reasonably priced hotel for a few days break in Lisbon. The Lis Hotel was perfect. Better than we had hoped for. Our room was great and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the Lis!
Room was a bit on the small side but very comfortable. Excellent breakfast choice, cold and hot. The hotel is ideal for exploring Lisbon on foot and well located to pick up the tourist buses or the Metro.
The location is perfect with all downtown in walking distance. Many restaurants in neighborhood (tourist),
Either the bed was king size XXL or the room small. Was quite irritating (Room 104)
The bed left floor space in the room
My wife and I arrived here on Valentine’s Day for a three night stay. We took the Aerobus from Lisbon Airport to the Praça Figuera from where it’s a 100m walk to the hotel. Great location, just off the main tourist roads therefore nice and quiet but close to so many attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rita, Jose and Felipe- thank you all for a great stay. The room was a bit small but ok for a few days in such a great location. It was clean and well stocked. Breakfast ok but gets very busy after 8.30 so get there early! Take their advice and buy a travel card package and also visit the restaurants Carmo and Pizzeria Dama e Vagabundo.
