How to Get There
Booked a three night stay for two adults (me and my friend).
The location is ideal for exploring the best tourist spots. Hotel was in an excellent position with a quite good restaurant and bar on the property. Staff were in both reception and the restaurant very pleasent, friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small which made it uncomfortable for two people but overall it was very clean.
I stayed one night at the small room with single occupancy. Everything was very good, the mattress, the towels and slippers. This kind of room, however, is very small. Be aware of that there is no desk if you need to study or work on a laptop.
Breakfast was very very good and the location perfect for my mini excursion.
Had an amazing weekend here. We booked the Mini Double that people have knocked on this site but to be honest the room (112) was fine-I think the great price attracts people and as this is a 4 star hotel they are, perhaps expecting more? Nice bed, storage and a great bathroom. Maid service every day. Breakfast is a must and if you book on the desk the night before its only €9 and there’s a great selection and as much as you want!!
The hotel is only 2-300 yards from the main tourist area and if you want to be right in the centre of town you really need to stay here!! Staff all friendly and speak excellent English.
Yes, I would stay here again with hesitation!
They were overbooked and informed me 30 min before my arrival on a Friday evening! They were unfriendly and didn’t provide me with any solution (except to go to a hotel situated 40 min by car from the hotel ...)
They are very unfriendly and also some guests got rooms without window!
This has nothing to do with a 4 stars hotels! To avoid!
The Hotel Lis Baixa was an ok value. The location was fantastic as it was a quick walk from the water, many of the sites, and bakeries and restaurants. The hotel offered us a little balcony overlooking a restaurant and also had a restaurant connected to the hotel where you could get 10% off. Service was good as the staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided good recommendations. The rooms are tight and the walls are thin, but given the location, you should be out enjoying the sites and experiences of Lisbon and only really in your room to sleep.
