How to Get There
Attended a wedding in Lima for our son and his new bride and stayed at the JW Marriott during the second week of December. I cannot say enough kind things about the staff of the Marriott and how they treated us while there. They were very kind to upgrade my son and his new wife to a suite on their wedding night at no add cost. This was over the top kind and made their trip special. The food and drink service was exceptional and the rooms were large, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The bed was to die for and the pillows were as soft as an angels heart….
If ever in Lima again I HIGHLY recommend this fine hotel for both business and pleasure, the location and quality are the best tin Lima.
A must stay place for the future.
My wife and I stayed here for a total of 6 days over a two week period during our adventure in Peru. We stayed at the JW Marriott Lima two years ago and it felt like coming home when we drove up to the hotel entrance. This hotel lives up to the JW Marriott standards of friendly professionalism along with great facilities. The executive club lounge has a great view, outstanding service, good breakfast and evening appetizers with wine. Valentina, Silvana, Milagros, and Adrian at the executive club became friends and provided exceptional personal service. Each time we returned to the hotel they asked about our travels. There are many fine places that are walkable for dinner and lunch. I use mobile check-in and check-out which is fast and easy. Every one at the hotel was very friendly and most spoke some English and asked it there was anything that they could do for us. I am a Platinum Premier Elite Marriott member and have stayed in many Marriott hotels and this is near the top of the list.
The hotel is across from the Pacific, with access to shopping area. Rooms are of high quality and vistas include the ocean. The rooms are of high quality and very well maintained. The meals served at the hotel were superior.
The hotel is good and i should gave a 5 star if the gym was not that smelly,
The location is the best just across with the shopping mall and good restaurants.
Its easy to get taxis, you never have to wait.
Next time in peru is this my hotel again,
Rooms are ok, the place looks amazing, the price not bad BUT from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt ignored, hurried and under-served. Being Platinum Elite didn't help either. Most requests for assistance resulted in shrugs and being directed to someone else. Just too many people, too many events and too few smilingl, helpful staff. Not the Marriott experience I expected
