Friendly and helpful staff!

I can't recommend this hotel enough! The hotel is located about a 4 minutes walk from the station. Termini station has a direct train from the airport- this meant getting from the airport to the hotel was stress free and so simple. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum and around 20 minutes to walk to the Trevi Fountain also.
The room was incredibly clean and tidy, shower was huge and the room felt quite luxurious. The staff on front desk were all so friendly and helpful. They spoke excellent English and were very willing to offer advice or support about visiting Rome.
Bar and restuarant were also excellent. I ate in the restuarant one evening, food was great and reasonably priced. The breakfast in the morning had an excellent selection of hot and cold food, lots to choose from!! Every single member of staff I encountered was friendly. You can see the hotel has high standards and expectations of its staff. I can't fault the hotel at all and I will be definitely staying again.

Wonderful staff, Lovely hotel brilliant food

We booked the hotel based on recommendations through British Airways rewards programme so I can’t really comment on price or value for money, I felt like I should get that out of the way first.

The staff at the hotel are brilliant! Everyone is friendly, very professional and will help out with anything where possible. Out first room (426) was an executive room, which was stunning! Loads of space, beautifully decorated, well equipped and immaculate! However at night the noise from the street was a bit of a nuisance. The next morning we went to the front desk explained the issue, no one made a fuss and without hesitation they swapped us to a different room for our last 2 nights and arranged for all of our bags to be moved whilst we were out so that we didn’t have to deal with any of the hassle ourselves.

The hotel restaurant is excellent, they do a brilliant steak tartare and as you would expect their Tiramisu is delicious ???? They have a good selection of local and world wines, the prices of both the food and wine are perfectly reasonable for a 4 star hotel in a capital city.

I would definitely stay at the hotel again and recommend it to others, I know others have said about street noise in certain rooms an issue like I have said we did experience on our first night but the best thing to do is speak to the staff, they are very professional and will help where possible.

Nice hotel but noisy!

We had a room that faced out to the street. We could hear a lot of the noise from outside from diners and the guy who played the accordion for 4 hours ever-night playing just The Godfather theme song . This was cute in the beginning but after night 2 it was annoying . We were advised street performers can perform up until midnight by hotel staff. There is a lot of restaurant in this area and tourist souvenir shops . It’s close to the metro train/bus line which is convenient. The breakfast was included and was good. The AC worked well which is a must !This was our second Una hotel that we stayed at during our trip. I enjoyed our previous stay in Naples I felt it was a better room with noise even with a subpar AC.
