3rd visit to Rome, What you can do in 24 hours. Part 1

We chose this hotel for our third visit to Rome. We were going on a cruise and needed a place to stay near the Termini for our train ride to Civitavecchia the following day. Una hotel is on the quieter side of the Termini area. There are cheaper priced hotels near the area. We were fortunate to find a good deal on tripadvisor.

Simone was very accommodating and allowed us an early check in. We took the airport bus from the airport and arrived at the hotel at around 9am. The room did not disappoint. The restaurant for for the breakfast had a nice ambience consistent with theme of the hotel. This is the most convenient place to stay in Rome for a multi city tour of Italy.

Nice Stay

This hotel was nice. I guess I had different expectations of what Rome would be like, but this hotel was in a good location. There were plenty of food spots and was literally right across the street from the Rome termini. The breakfast, which was included with my stay was okay, not the best, but it worked and I saved money on having to spend outside. I would recommend staying if you can find a discount. If not, I think there were many other options that could possibly have been a better choice.

A great place to stay.

We spent two nights at the hotel before going on a cruise. We chose the hotel as it made getting from the airport and going to Civitavecchia very easy. It is only a short walk from Termini station.
The staff were OK, not over-friendly. We had a large room on the fifth floor with a massive bed. The room looked out onto a courtyard, no view but nice and quiet. The bathroom was spacious, not much in the way of toiletries. Nice towels and a window rhat opened! The wifi was good, TV with lots of channels and a safe.
Everything clean and nicely maintained.
Breakfast was a buffet which I found a bit lacking! There were no dairy-free proucts and not a lot of fresh fruit. Otherwise it was good, and the restaurant at street level very pleasant.
There are plenty of places to eat nearby and you can walk to many of the sights.
I would gladly return to this hotel.
