I went to cycle in the Lake Garda Region(North of Italy) and on the end of my trip I stay for a couple of days in this beautiful hotel, I really enjoy staying here, The staff at the from desk, at the bar as well at the restaurant were super friendly and helpful....the rooms are very big and modern, if you want to be close to the Termini and close to a lot of the mayor tourist attractions, you can stay here....I really recommend this hotel.

P.S. the prices also is very good.

Very good, but some small things were missing

Location is great, only 2 minutes walk to Roma Termini station, and very close by foot, car and train to all attractions. The surrounding areas were very busy and congested, but you forget about all that once you're inside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional, they were well trained and treated us very well. The rooms were big and spacious, with lots of storage and very comfortable beds. I would've appreciated complementary tea/coffee amenities, but it wasn't included in our type of room. Breakfast was great, with a huge range that could rival 5 star hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again, and it's one of the better 4 star hotels in Rome.

Great hotel - with wonderful staff

My husband and I booked the first night of our holiday (September) at this hotel which appeared close to Termini as we were catching a plane to Athens the next morning. We arrived at around 9am from Australia, received a genuinely warm welcome from reception staff who understood we must have been travelling for a long time, offered us an early check in which was very much appreciated. We also dined at the restaurant that evening and enjoyed a delicious meal in very pleasant surroundings.
We were contacted a few days later to provide a review which we did and as a result were offered an upgrade on any future bookings. We did in fact book the last night of our trip there (October) and were greeted again by Manuele at Reception who remembered us, had a lovely friendly chat about Subiaco (in Australia and Italy) and upgraded us to a Suite. What a fantastic and heartwarming way to have ended our holiday. We dined again at the restaurant and had breakfast there in the morning. I don't eat a great deal in the morning - just tea, scrambled eggs and a croissant but I did notice that the eggs were getting a bit low. Within a short time I saw a huge dish of scrambled eggs wheeled out for refilling the dish. That did impress me. I realise this sounds like a fake review because I am praising everything but my husband and I really thought this hotel was an excellent 4 star hotel with exceptional staff that actually cared about the guests. Thank you.
