Best possible option for a short stay

we spended one night at this hotel before departing for our msc cruise. The hotel is very convenient to the main Terimini station of Rome -about a 3 minute walk..!!The rooms were in perfect condition and what I wanted to point out was the staff of the reception, they were really helpful and always ready to help you ..!!

Comes Across Nicer than it Is

We stayed here for two nights in June 2018 while on a Trafalgar Best of Italy tour. Upon first glance, I thought the hotel seemed very nice, but after further investigation, I felt like the facade fell through.
The good:
The lobby area was nice and the staff were very kind and helpful when helping us navigate Rome. Both of the breakfasts were very good (especially the cappuccino), although I will say it was a very average offering of meats, cheeses, and fruits as we found throughout Italy. The location was good, with the train station and central Rome so close by.
The bad:
Spotty wi-fi. The room was noisy and at night there was very loud accordion, singing, and speaking noise from a restaurant down on the street below. The beds were minuscule and not enough blankets were provided. But all of that was really fine and I probably would have rated this hotel 5 stars if it weren't for how dirty the room was. The thing that really got me was the mold- there was mold all over the shower in the corners and all over the ceiling. I realize Rome is a humid climate but this to me is unacceptable. Additionally, there was dust everywhere and the carpet was dirty. I just felt like the room hadn't seen a good clean in years.

So while the Una was fine for our needs, if returning to Rome I would not elect to stay here again. I felt it was very overpriced for the quality of the room, bed, and cleanliness.

Beautiful and really luxurious hotel in every sense. Located 2 minutes from Termini thus with a great public transport, this hotel is like an oasis. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, so is the spatious bathroom. Stuff is polite and friendly and is also very helpful.

Wow a very nice place!

We have found our new place to stay when we go to Rome, we use to stay at the Hotel IQ and still would if needed. But UNA is hands down better, closer to the train station, great breakfast, awesome staff and a room to die for. Wish we were there longer but will be back soon!
Be advised check in is around 2pm, if you reserve a small room it will not be ready and they will try to upgrade you to a bigger room. We did it and I happy we did, probably cheaper to just book the bigger room from the beginning.

A pleasant surprise

I stayed for 3 nights, first time travelling solo. Great room, nice and clean. Located a stone's throw from the Termini, it was well located. Bed was comfy and bathroom exceeded expectations for Rome. Staff could learn to smile but really enjoyed my stay anyway.
