Lovely hotel great service
Clark J

Visited for a city break with my girlfriend. We arrived early but they were kind enough to let us in our room early so we could go out and explore Rome. The room was brilliant and clean and had everything we wanted for are city get away.

The hotel is a short tram trip to the sights of Rome and has a lovely roof top terrace open daily.

The service at reception was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. They even printed us out some tickets and advised how to get there. We also got a wake up call for our transfer when we woke up a bit late on day of departure, thank you so much.

Only thing that wasn’t 5 star was breakfast but hey it was quiet and a hot buffet is so hard. Continental breakfast was great.

Highly recommended

First class from start to finish!

We’ve just returned after a 5 night stay here and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are all OUTSTANDING!! Nothing is too much trouble, whether it involves advice, recommendations or additional services! The room was exactly as the photo on the website! The cleanliness was outstanding! The breakfasts offered a varied selection and the pancake maker was a welcome novelty!! Freshly cooked while you watch the machine prepare and cook them for you. Pancakes maple syrup and crispy bacon was a great way to start the day! The moon spa was a magical experience, very welcome after hours of walking the streets of Rome. A luxury not to be missed! Well done Trilussa Spa. The Hotel is a little bit out of the centre of Rome but with the tram stop outside it really is incredibly easy to get around and being close to restaurants in Trastevere is a bonus for eating out in the evening! Don’t let the reviews about graffiti put you off. If you are travelling from the airport take the fast train at €8 to Trastevere station and then the 3 or 8 Tram ticket costs €1.50 to outside the hotel.

Amazing stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed at your hotel last week, and honestly, we thought the entire experience was amazing!

Due to what had happened with Thomas Cook, we weren’t really sure if our holiday was going ahead.

Special thanks to Valeria on reception who spoke to me regarding the holiday, to reassure me that everything was going ahead! She also helped us with directions to the different excursions we wanted to visit, as this was our first time in Rome and we didn’t know the area very well. Overall, extremely helpful, thank you Valeria!

The room itself was lovely, had a nice view with a balcony, and the bed was the comfiest bed we have ever slept in.

The hotel is walking distance from most major excursions (when I say walking distance, it took us an hour to get to most places, but it allowed us to explore and find different restaurants along the way, so we didn’t mind!).

Because we were so busy with excursions, we didn’t have time to use the spa facilities. Being a beauty therapist myself, I really needed a massage! So next time we visit, we will definitely book in for treatments.

We both can’t wait to return! Your hotel is beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for making us feel so welcome! X
