How to Get There
Great hotel, the service was amazing. The receptionist was very attentive and caring. They made a lot of effort to help us get cabs. The service was just really amazing. The room itself was clean and tidy. Things that we requested arrived in less than 5 mins! Highly recommended!!
Our suite was extremely comfortable , quiet and spacious. Bed was lovely, linens luxurious. Loved the soaking tub. Staff were extraordinarily helpful and kind. The delightful concierge gave us the address of an iconic gelateria where we indulged in the most delicious home made gelato.
We would like to thank the management and the team of the hotel for a lovely stay we have had recently. The hotel surprised us in a positive way, we have been few times in Rome and never wanted to return to the same hotel for variety of reasons. This time we will definitely recommend the First Roma hotel to our friends and will choose it for ourselves next time. Good and creatively furnished rooms, great veranda upstairs, convenient location and of course great staff. We would specifically mention Mr. Jubair from the concierge service whose recommendations were just perfect. We did not try the restaurant downstairs unfortunately, next time. Thanks again for a lovely time in Rome and see you soon.
Best regards, Roman
Rome is my favourite city and this year I chose to treat myself and celebrate it here on a long five night holiday. I splurged on First Roma Arte hotel and it was worth every penny, one of the best I have been to in a long long time! Thank you to the staff for remembering my birthday every single day, you are so beautiful, so well decorated, to centrally located, and so charming!
We stayed two nights recently on our return from Sicily, and on our way back home. From the moment we arrived we were treated with utmost hospitality. This hotel knows how to do hospitality. We were upgraded to a suite with balcony. While oddly laid out the suite was comfortable and extremely quiet given the location of this hotel - in one of the busiest areas of Rome. There are lots of easy walking tours from here, and we took several walks to area favorite shops and restaurants. I just think we paid an awful lot for this trendy hotel - upon realizing now there are many choices in the neighborhood. Also, a very loud family stayed here and the noise of the rowdy children resonated up 4 floors through the lovely open staircase/atrium. This was kind of an "Elegance kill". I realize there is not much the staff can do, but this is not a hotel for kids - it is very low key, relaxing and memorable.
