The hotel and pool area are beautiful. A wonderful time was had in summer by the pool.
The room was immaculate except for our balcony which needed a good sweep, but otherwise, a gorgeous view of the pool below and comfortable outdoor seating. The bed was comfortable and the room delightful. All staff were friendly and most helpful, especially at the reception and breakfast service. My only complaint was that the staff around the pool and outdoor bar could be more diligent. On my first visit to the pool area, there was an empty beer bottle rolling under the sun bed, a smashed glass sitting behind another bed, and all ash trays full. I had to let them know as it was obvious staff were not monitoring the area. The bar was not attended for lengthy periods also in which I would give up waiting. However, the staff were always helpful and friendly when asked for assistance. On the whole, I would definitely stay at this hotel again, esp if travelling in summer.

We loved our stay!

Our stay at Palazzo Dama was divine. The staff was incredible, we felt very taken care of, and everything was so clean and nice. Everything was great except for not being able to swim after 7pm, or wear our robes to the pool past 7pm. :)

Having stayed at many excellent hotels this is a breath of fresh air. The stunning individuality of this previous family mansion is what set's it aside. The staff are 5* in service. Most of all just very helpful and going out of their way to ensure you are enjoying your break and making sure you have everything you need.
The location is excellent. 5 minutes from Plazza Del Poplo and then a further 5 or so from The Spanish Steps. Excellent location, If you do get tired cabs are cheap in Rome.
Rome has so much to offer for a tourist and this is a truly excellent place to stay.
We had breakfast included which I would thoroughly recommend. Again excellent service and outstanding food.
We also choose to dine in the evening a few times. Another wise choice. It's not cheap but I would say well worth it.
Although some people had children I do think it's best suited to couples.
