How to Get There
We stayed at Palazzo Dama for our wedding weekend at the end of August, and everything was impeccable. The staff was lovely and incredibly accomodating too! We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends.
My son and his now wife ???? had their wedding at this hotel. I did not stay there so cannot comment too much on the room however saw my son and daughter-in-law’s room which was very luxurious with a large balcony overlooking the pool.. They were given Chopard gifts on arrival with champagne which was a lovely touch. As they organised everything themselves I can only comment as a guest however I do know that the female concierge was fantastic and helped them a lot. The food on the day was tremendous. The setting magical and the staff brilliant. A magical day and would definitely recommend this as a wedding venue. A big thank you to all concerned.
Having just returned from a five night break in this hotel in the Palazza Suite , I can say that the hotel itself is amazing , lovely rooms , fabulous comfy beds and the staff could not do enough for you . However, one thing that will stop us returning was the strange arrangement of separate ownership of the restaurant . On 2 occasions whilst we were there, after dining out and returning to the hotel for a night cap, we were told we could not drink in the bar or have a drink around the pool as there were private parties in ( wedding and birthday party). We found this so unacceptable when paying 600 + euros a night for our room.
If you are going to book this hotel , then great if you are eating out each night and don’t want to use the bar but if that’s not the case , I would say , steer clear. To be fair the restaurant staff ( especially Anna) were very apologetic about the situation but it didn’t really help .
Again , I must stress the hotel staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble
