How to Get There
Beautiful hotel in the a great location, downtown Rome.
Breakfast is excellent and service superb. I also feel the fornt desk service was extremely friendly and efficient. Room are comfortable and nice decor.
I recently was in Rome and the hotel was very modern with a perfect location in the center of Rome with close proximity to great restaurants and shopping . However the reception staff does not meet the caliber of a 4 star hotel they were extremely rude and unprofessional to us on every occasion and really made to make our stay unpleasant. One specific receptionist named yvana was so rude that I was actually offended.
For our 2 decade anniversary, we decided to finally see Europe so we flew into Amsterdam, NE for 3 sight seeing days, Flew to Rome, IT to board a what turned out to awesome weather & sight 12-day Mediterranean Sea HA Cruise to see 2 Italy ports, 5 Spain ports, 1 British port, 2 French ports). Upon our return to Rome port, we took a can to NH Collection Roma Central to spend a quick day to see the sights. It was not only a great location (minute walk to Vatican but a beautiful stroll to a few Piazza’s and great Resturante’s.
The hidden gem here was not just location, an ancient city to see but an incredibly awesome NH Hotel 2-story suite that was modern but classic, very clean & cozy and what I can only revere as a great staff from the hotel manager, assistant manager, and A+staff. They were very nice, super happy/pleasant, exceptional helpful on The Who-What-Why-When-Where-How to navigate the city as we only had 24 hours. They were very professional allowing us to stow our bags in locked room before/after we checked in/out so we could see more of the city.
I rarely do testimonials b/c I expect good service but this was awesome service and the best part is it was independent of me and more so just how they do business.

We checked in and the staff was not pleasant at all. I’m traveling with my 2 kids and they us a small room with 1 queen size bed. I told the staff that it’s not going to work, he wanted me to get another room for my 2 children. I have to tell him that I just stayed at NH Laguna Hotel in Venice and they are able to give us family room with a extra fee. I’m ready to cancel our reservation since the room he gave us is not going to work. Then he offered to give us a family room for the next day. But the first night we have to cramp into this queen size bed for the four of us. If I did not say that the other NH in Venice was able to accommodate our needs, it would have been a disaster.
The hotel like it's name is located in the center of Rome. It is within walking distance to the Vatican and other historical sights. The hotel was clean and the room was neat and tidy. Could have a few more food choices and a bit more help later at night to help the rating on this hotel.
