Rome, Italy

My stay at NH Collection Roma Centro was EXCELLENT. The hotel is centrally located so you can walk or taxi anywhere. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was delicious and prepared you for all the walking that you will endure for the day. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location

Stayed here for a long weekend. Good central location. About 20- 25mins walk away from a few main attractions e.g St Peters, Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain.

Hotel newly refurbished in the lobby but hallways seems like it is still the previous decor.

Room was nice. Spacious enough. One weird thing was that the speakers for the Tv was in the bathroom. So whoever is in the bathroom would get a shock if someone else turns on the tv while they were inside. Socket has a USB access point too which is handy.

Easy access to a Metro to get you further. Only €1.50 to get to the Colosseum. Simple to navigate.

Roma trip

This was a college graduation present for my daughter and we stayed in two other hotels in London and Paris before getting to Rome. This was the best hotel by far. Clean and friendly service and a very large breakfast buffet that kept us full all morning as we explored Rome. I highly recommend NH Hotels.

Staff was not overly friendly, but also didn’t have any bad experiences. There were some remodeling projects on the elevators, which made the lobby look terrible. Long waits for the elevators meant we took the stairs most of the time. Room was pleasant enough. It was clean and quiet. 4-5 block walk to the metro was nice and convenient.

Too cheap to run air conditioning
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

I’ve stayed here before... not by choice. Hotel does not run air conditioner. So it’s hotter then hell in rooms. Hotel staff very rude. Asked why they don’t turn on AC, they say because it’s expensive. However prices for rooms stay the same. Brutal front desk people that can’t be bothered to be helpful are rude and unfriendly.
I recommend any other hotel...
