How to Get There
This is our first time in Rome, and we planned to book the best hotel to enjoy our accommodation for our 10th wedding anniversary. But unfortunately, there was an issue at the termini that affected the hotel. We woke up at 5am and there was no electricity, it was super dark and there was no running water. We used our phones to be able to move around and to prepare and went to Mt Vesuvius with no shower! What’s worse was that there was no wifi for the 4days that we stayed. We tried contacting them for refund but they never replied!!!! I would never recommend this hotel.
Loved this hotel! Very modern. Excellent service. Would stay here again. Nice bar. Friendly staff. Rooms were very nice. Near bus and train stations. We had a suite and it was spacious. Not far from the site of Rome.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Great location as we could walk everywhere and the train station if you wanted to travel to other parts was right there. We upgraded our room to a suite as regular rooms were on the small side. It was very clean and breakfast was included (would have been nice to have a bit more available for breakfast but still great). We loved the roof top bar and Adriano was our absolute favorite bartender and the Italian Spritzers were amazing - we made them at home all summer. Loved to have breakfast on the terrace as well. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice and clean hotel with convenient location with a 2- minute walk to the central station.
Staff is friendly, helpfuland patient.
Perhaps a small drawback is the limited table space next to the bed and in the bathroom. Otherwise it will be perfect.
I would highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are nice, clean, contain modern facilities and are spacious. The breakfast has many different varieties of breads, pastries, freshly made omelettes etc. The hotel is located closely to Termini metro/train station which has easy access to the airport and Rome sites.
Overall, we had a lovely stay here- the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We cant wait to return!
