Honeymoon trip
Reviewed 19 hours ago

I came here for my honeymoon and the guy in the reception was great and welcoming. I did an upgrade for money I to get a better room and then I found the shower broken so I called and no one came to fix it and after that all lines are busy. I suggest you to not visit this hotel if you are planing to enjoy your trip in Rome

Another Great Stay in Roma!

Our second time back at the NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento after a year and the brand still lives up it’s reputation - Excellent world class service! Incredible attention to detail with a personalized touch, staff would remember your name which they did throughout the days we were there. We brought our cousins who really enjoyed the room and service this establishment had to offer. The breakfast spread offered daily was abundant with food - eggs to cook to your preference, various juices, coffee and tea, it was a pleasure dining in every day. We had the premium rooms with view and the Junior Suite which was spotless, cosy and spacious. The location – pristine – a 100m walk from termini station. What more can one ask for!

Our sincerest thank goes to Marta Sitko and Luis Gutiérrez Ashling - the guests relations team who handled our reservation and queries prior to our arrival without any anxiety and delay. We apricate your generosity with the allocation of the rooms.
Our thanks are extended to the super prompt front desk team as well, Francesca Sozzani, Andreas and Federico. The real soldiers of the hotel of the Eternal City. The check in seamless. Every request and query were handled and presented with a genuine warm smile there was nothing too big from them to handle. They worked in unison with the F&B team, concierge, the bell hop, housekeeping and ensured we been looked after.

The magic begins from the moment you walk in, from the concierge, the front desk, housekeeping and the, every staff member has a greeting, a genuine smile and warmth that lacks in most major hotel brands. The furniture and fittings look amazingly new and the cleanliness was thorough, we returned to a clean turned down room every night.

To sum up this brief trip report, the highlight and the most important element of this hotel is the staff, always with a smile and a warm welcome, they were all gracious, hospitable and made our stay really pleasant. We say ‘mille grazie’ to all of them. Will definitely return soon in the near future.

Nice hotel, comfortable & clean

Nice hotel, it was very comfortable, the rooms were spacious. Quite a good location, everything is 20 - 30 mins walk away, conveniently located next to the main train station. Only down point was they close the roof terrace in winter, that would have made it excellent for me.

Rome wasn't built in a day, but you can definitely see it.

Great hotel and staff. Upgraded to a junior suite, which was a lovely surprise. Ideal location to walk to any of the main tourist attractions - 20 minutes to Colloseum, same to Spanish Steps / Trevi Fountain. Next to the main train station and bus depot; shuttle bus to airport leaves directly outside the back of the hotel, as do the open top tourist buses. Breakfast was fantastic, and we also ate in the restaurant for our evening meal - food great, though limited choice. Would thoroughly recommend.
