Some advantages
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The hotel has a few advantages: easy access to/from the airports, avoiding heavy Rome traffic, comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished rooms, accesible car parking and a good conference facility. But the flaws override them: the customer service is terrible (especially the waiters), the food is just bad, the area is industrial and suburban (really nothing nice there), the public transport to the center is long and difficult, even the outside air stinks (maybe some factories nearby?). Nevertheless of that the hotel seems to be crowded with tourists, I really don't know why? Not recommended for business nor private trips.

From my experience this hotel is good if you want to catch the flight as airport is nearby but distance from main attractions is quite far and you need to pay much money to reach. Main advantage is one supermarket is nearby you can get everything and with some small restaurants but do not expect more.

What a terrible hotel

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Our air conditioner cannot work, after we inform reception about this problem, they just sent someone to our room check and make us keep waiting. After a while, we called downstairs, they just told us they are full house today and they can’t do anything, but is not our problem!!!!You just let customers keep waiting and do nothing??This how your employees treat your customers?

Don’t go if you don’t have to !

Stayed there with a tour group for two nights. The fact that there is ample parking space for tour busses is probably the reason why so many people are dumped in this drab hotel. One positive aspect is the cleanliness of the rooms and the good quality of the bedding.
Our arrangement included half-board: dinner on the first night was so awful (cheap industrial pasta, bone-dry scaloppine, unfriendly waiting staff) that on the following night we decided to go to the Scaramouche restaurant in the neighbourhood (12 min walk, see separate entry).

Even worse than dinner was the breakfast: only the cheapest and driest products had been selected by those in charge of the canteen. If you have to eat there, find out if the breakfast room on the first floor is open. Food up there is just as appalling, but this room is somewhat less noisy than the main restaurant on the ground floor. I am still wondering where they bought the unpalatable coffee (not in Italy I presume).

If you decide by yourself where to stay in Rome you should ask youself the question if it is worth it to get a moderately cheap room if on the other hand you lose more than an hour on a tram for the return journey to Termini station (still not where the landmarks of Rome are located.) Life is too short for staying in this kind of hotel.

Strolling through the narrow streets of Rome is one of the touristic delights on Planet Earth, so don’t miss this chance by choosing this sub-standard hotel.

Rooms are nice, the canteen is horrible

The good points first: the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is around 30 min from the city. Taxi fair is around 20 Eur. Take care, Uber charges 53 Eur from City Center.

The restaurant looks like a canteen and it is. Staff is extremely unfriendly and food of poor quality.

It seems to be a privileged destination from travelling groups from Asia. The breakfast resembles a zouk with people shouting around everywhere.
