Great location, helpful staff

We upgraded to a wonderful suite with a huge balcony looking out over the Barberini square and fountain. Nice touches with a big basket of fruit upon arrival and bottled water too. The breakfast was the best we had on our 5 1/2 week trip around Italy. The staff was very helpful, answering all our questions on transportation etc. - they even had metro and bus tickets for sale at reception so we didn’t have to go out looking for them. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

STILL THE BEST

We chose the hotel because we had been there 5 years ago and were glad that we did. It has not changed. For location, service, rooms, and breakfast it is hard to beat. The quality remains of the highest quality with only a short walk to the main attractions of the city.

First Time in Rome!

It was our 1st time in Rome. The day was a bit rainy and after touring the Colosseum all afternoon we couldn’t wait to settle in our room. It was beautiful! Amazing bed and robes waiting for us, with fresh flowers! Beautiful bathroom with a big tub ( took a long hot bath). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Recommended a great restaurant down the street. Wish we had stayed an extra night. We would definitely stay here again or at one of their other locations in Tuscany. Highly recommend!
