Wonderful Stay

Booked this hotel based in trip advisor reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Check in was smooth room was beautiful however we didn’t have a view and looked out onto the rear of the property but we were out all day so this didn’t bother us. Mini bar was wonderful - complimentary and teas and coffee biscuits nuts etc. Towels replaced everyday and house keeping fantastic, beds very comfortable too. Ate at the roof top restaurant on a couple of nights and this is a must if you stay at this hotel, lovely food and not extortionate either, views over Rome. Close to all attractions - take comfy shoes as they are not five minutes away. Only slight criticism I had was that I was celebrating my 50th birthday and although the reception staff knew it was my birthday it wasn’t until my husband mentioned it at breakfast to the waitress - who knew nothing about it - that abt 15 minutes later she came rushing out with a tart with a candle and said the chef had quickly made one for me as he didn’t know either - it was a lovely gesture and they don’t have to do anything really but after reading all the other reviews abt people celebrating at the hotel it was bit poor that they had to be reminded. Having said that it was a a beautiful hotel food fab fantastic location fabulous staff would definitely stay here again in fact we are looking at their sister hotel in Florence !

Fantastic Hotel!

We really loved this hotel and its amenities. Great clean room and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The staff and service at the buffet was the best we had on the trip. Very friendly and helpful. I had a few issues however with the main one being mosquitos in the room. I'm very allergic to their bites and woke up the first day of my trip with four bites and more each day. On third day I finally asked housekeeping if they open the windows when they clean and they said they do. I asked them to stop this and so the last night there I didn't get any new bites. Keep this in mind when staying there and bring some spray! They do have screens on the windows but the one in our room still allowed some gaps. When I brought it up with the front desk they tried to say I just got them outside somewhere ignoring that I hadn't even been outside yet because we went right to bed on arrival. The front desk overall were not very friendly at all but at least professional.I would recommend that they try to smile on occasion though. Either way a really hotel for the price.

Home Sweet Home

Our party of 4 recently reserved 2 Comfort Double Rooms and could not have been happier with the hotel. The rooms were spacious and super-clean with great amenities and a lovely complimentary mini bar. Breakfast was a real treat and the best we had in Italy-something for everyone and whatever coffee one desires is cheerfully served at your table. The best treat of all was the staff, who were super helpful and responsive to all of our requests. If you stay at this hotel be sure to book at least one night for dinner on the terrace of their restaurant, which has a lovely view and garden. We'll be back!
