Well appointed facility and well appointed staff, Bravo!

I am a return customer for the past 3 years now — Whenever I come from Gaeta, I use this hotel to unwind before the flight from Fiumicino. On every visit, Renata welcomes me like an old friend, and remembers everything! I chose this hotel because it is beautiful and the owner staffs the place exceedingly well. Ehab in the breakfast room is also a welcoming face who keeps upbeat. Alenjra was the hotel clerk/agent who assisted my booking (in english) and made sure I got the room I requested. I’ll keep coming back for impeccable friendly service, year-after-year.

A locally well run hotel, spotlessly maintained in an area particularly close to the Vatican. It also is a 100 m from the local Metro line which means that you are about 15 minutes into Termini on the train.
The local area has plenty of good restaurants nearby for a 3/4 night stay. Trastevere is €15 ride home in a cab and worth the trip .
All in all great value for money.

Very comfortable rooms, well located in a shopping area next to the metro line that goes directly to Central Station, Historic Center and Vatican.
Very good breakfast for any appetite and accurate details.

Pleasant place to stay in Rome

Great place to be. Close to public transport, good restaurants and sightseeings. Very nice staff, excellent breakfast and convenient parking in a guarded car park. Comfortable rooms, very quite and nicely decorated.

First time ever to Rome

We have not been to Europe before. We booked this hotel since it appeared to be in a good location and had positive reviews. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The hotel has been updated and upgraded. Our room had a mini fridge as do they all which worked well. Our heating unit had a problem which the staff took care of expeditiously. They did apologize for the inconvenience and gave us breakfast vouchers. The room was comfortable but cozy. The hotel staff is very accommodating and speaks english exceptionally well. We traveled with three other couples and they enjoyed the same experience. The internet worked well. I inadvertently left my headphones in the room and was able to text the staff who sent them with one of the other couples which meant I didn't lose them or miss a flight. I would gladly stay there again. A grocery store and a great pastry shop are very close.
