Birthday Treat.

Our daughter gave this holiday to my husband for his birthday which was lovely, the hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are very helpful the decor is lovely and the rooms are fine plenty toiletries in the bathroom but not enough tea and coffee in the room and also no milk but they did give us powdered milk when we asked ,breakfast was ok you wouldn't go hungry. I would recommend this hotel if you were visiting Rome .A few little tweaks and this hotel would be perfect.

Great trip - ok hotel

Came to Rome for our 20th wedding anniversary. The hotel was nice enough, a bit quirky which was good fun.

I’ve only given 4 stars for our stay because the room was adequate for what we wanted as we were out all day, however it wasn’t particularly comfortable after being out sightseeing all day. Breakfast was fine, staff were very friendly.

The hotel was a fair distance from all the sights, we like to walk everywhere but needed to get the Metro to Ottaviano and carry on foot from there.

Rome itself was of course faultless, definitely going back as didn’t get to see sll the sights in the three days we were there, however will stay elsewhere partly to be slightly more central (now we know a bit about the city) but also because even though the hotel was ok, it is not really somewhere we would want to return.

Wonderful accommodation

What an awkward neighborhood is so wonderful about the hotel itself. Extremely beautiful furniture and interior design. The lovely room was a very good choice for the price. Breakfast is satisfying every need. the subway stop a few minutes walk, there was no problem with the safety.

Disappointing all around

Perhaps we were given a bad room, but: we found the hotel NOT to be up to par, esp for the price we paid. The room badly needed an update: rug felt dirty, bathroom was especially small, shower was an add-on (and the door fell off its track). The drapes were not even meant to open (in fact they were fixed to the wall with nails), and the view out the window was of a dirty building behind the hotel. The breakfast buffet was decent (store-bough yogurt and hard boiled eggs) but not restaurant quality. We asked to be moved to another room, but none were available. The historic (gated) elevator here was fun.

Staff, beakfast and location...5 stars

Book this trip at last minute for 10 days, a great small hotel with excellent staff. Renata,Fluvio, the breakfast guy ant the night shift staff were amazing and very helpful with all our needs and questions. Only the other lady (don't remember her name) was not so nice as the rest. the location is excellent, next to Cornelia Metro stop and bus station. Next to convenience stores, a supermarket, gelattos, pizza place, restaurants and even a few steps from a McDonald. Room are small but comfortable, clean and quite. No bathtub, its had a shower (Note: only fit one person). Breakfast buffet is the best , so be sure you to included this in you booking. It includes eggs, bacon, sausages, cheeses, bread, fresh fruits, cold cereal, pastries, coffee, juices and a lot more.
