How to Get There
Stayed in the small double, and it really was small, but other than room size, can t complain. the place was clean, neat, staff were helpful.on top of this easy for transport into the city and lots of restaurants and cafes
I was happy to choose the hotel
Very nice location 2 min from metro station and value to money
Crew was very helpful ❤️❤️❤️
Many restaurants are around you and vatican is 3 stations by metro
But metro cards only available at tobbaco shops
We stayed at this hotel i the period of 5-7. july 2019.
There were unfriendly and not very service-minded staff. Breakfast was very bad (not fresh), and ended 10:00 o'clock. We were asked to leave the dining room asap (10:00 o'clock), because he had to clear the table. The pictures are lying. The roof terrace does not exist (closed). The view from both sides are into a concrete wall, and the road/traffic outside is really bad. It is a very narrow sidewalk, and you cannot park outside the hotel to unload luggage. Not very nice surroundings. We were charged too much when we were checking out, and I got no apologize from the receptionist. She was in fact impolite and rude. Also when I told the waiter in the breakfast room (in a nice way), that the breakfast must be improved, he was not very polite and/or humble. Instead he was defending himself, and he even went out to the receptionist to tell her that we have been complaining, and pointed his finger in our direction. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody, I'm sorry to say.
