Excellent hotel, amazing spa

This would be a 5 star review but for one problem. The hotel is lovely, we had an excellent room, comfortable and quiet. The spa was bordering stunning. The rooftop bar is a great venue, sofas outside with sheepskins and warm things, it has a fantastic selection of rums. All of the staff were polite, charming and helpful, in particular the reception staff were always unusually friendly and accommodating.
The only problem, and it is quite a problem, is there is nowhere good to eat. Their big 'International buffet' is seriously mediocre and it is a good walk into the small local town. Eat before returning to the hotel and enjoy the bars, the spa, the rooms and the general clean, modern ambience of this otherwise great hotel.

Enjoyable Autumn stay

This is a large, impressive hotel with many amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms and public spaces are well kept and very clean. There is a buffet style breakfast and in the evening, the restaurant serves an impressive range of world food from different food stations. The cakes and desserts were particularly good, but the ‘hot’ food was often cold, particularly at breakfast, which was a shame. The hotel is some way out of the city, but there is a shuttle, and also the tram is easily accessed and very cheap. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

Great hotel

I spent 1 week at the A. Roma Lifestyle Hotel and fully recommend it. Although it is not in the city centre, it's a short walk to the tram line, then a easy trip into Rome. The staff were amazing, helpful, polite and accepting of my lack of Italian. The room was great, spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection.
